February post
Characters: Shion and his roommates and then Shion and everyone
Setting: His room and then around the tower. The first prompt is pre event roommate shenanigans, the second is Shion in the valentines event
Format: Either all
Summary: Roommate shenanigans for 2-12 and then Shion hating everyone he cares about
Warnings: valentines event, angry Shion, evil teddy bears, stuff like that.
[Room 1-12] The exhaustion had not gone away. He felt tireder than he usually did and it had been like this since he had arrived back from the place of nothingness and darkness.
He was sat on his bed copying out reports, Reno had told him not to worry about it but it was Shion's job and so he was determined to do it.
However it wasn't all that easy, especially when he found himself back in the place of nothingness, stuck there until he returned, falling back onto place on his bed.
"How long was I gone?" He sounds frustrated but resigned, it was hardly the first time it had happened.
[14th February] Shion had not had nightmares about teddy bears in a while. This wasn't, he had figured, because the fear of that overly long night had gotten any less but because there was so much that had happened that his mind could chose for nightmares.
But he awoke with a gasp, trying to shake away the memories of the dream. He got dressed, frowning as he noticed his bear, usually stuffed in the bottom of his trunk, was no longer there. He shook his head, refusing to think about it, he had probably put it in his locker or something.
He left the room and his frown darkened as he saw someone he knew, not wanting to waste time talking to them he turned to go in the other direction, planning to go and start his work in the library.

Staircase?

And he did so, turning his back.

On Reno's forehead, there was an off center red heart painted there, matching the color of his hair. Of course, his bangs flopped over it, so it's a little hard to tell.

Irritation with the kid surged, however, and he was downright scowling when he finished. The thought of doing all that with him made his skin itch, but damn it, he did promise. Nasty bunch of losers, anyway! It's a good thing Reno was so duty bound underneath everything, he'd just tell them all to shove off up their own butts.
"The hell is wrong with ya anyway?"
no subject
"Nothings wrong with me." He glared at Reno, if Reno looked carefully he might notice the heart on Shion's neck, just below the collar. A slightly darker shade of red than his scar.
no subject
Unfortunately, he wasn't looking too carefully, or he might have... and he didn't seem to notice the paper on either his or Shion's clothing.

He walked faster so Reno wouldn't have an excuse to push him again.

He rolled his eyes, someone learned from his dad apparently. "Or maybe it's because your a coward yourself."

He looks ready to walk away, he wanted to be alone anyways.

Library, 14th
Today's been a weird day. Some of the people he's spotted have had their Psyches messed with... At least, they couldn't really be gone, right? Even if it looked like it to his senses. Or else they'd be out cold and a Selfishness would be running around. He doesn't know how to take that. Is this a new trick by the higher-ups or what? Not that he's seen anyone he knows since he woke up in this stupid Tower.
When Shion passes by, he draws Ira's attention for the aforementioned lack-of-heart reason--but this time, he spots the note on his back. Yellow eyes widen as he reads the message, and he twists around to stand on top of his seat.
"Hey, you!" he yells over to Shion. "What's the deal with that bear?"

"There's a note taped to you that says a bear stole your heart," he tells him with all the grace and subtlety of a sledgehammer swung into a gong. "That bear, genius."

Like it was normal. Why not? It was just a dream. ...Or was it? The fact is, this kid's Psyche is... well, either it's missing or Ira can't see it, and the Selfish doesn't like either of those possibilities.
If someone's going to be messing with people's Psyche's, it oughtta be HIM, dammit.
But, he suddenly realizes, on the other hand-- "Oh well!" he says abruptly, smirking as he lands. "Seein' people walking around without a heart might be pretty fun too. Where you headed to?"

Fine with Shion, it meant he had more time to spend on his other tasks. "I work here." Shion told the boy, "In both libraries, so I am just restacking these books as people seem to be too lazy to do it themselves." Pointed look at the boys feet on the table.
1-12 of course
When he returned, he noticed that Shion was finally conscious. It felt like more time had passed than it actually had.
"Oi, Shion!"
Of course the blonde was always happy to see him. He was happy to see anyone he called his friend.
"You're looking better."
no subject
"How have you been?" He put aside the frustration of disappearing for the moment.

He stretched his arms out before pulling them in and resting his hands on his hips.
"Need me to fetch you anything? You shouldn't be running around." NOT THAT IT WOULD WORK, but he could try.

"You'll make your condition worse if you haven't fully recovered."

"Fine, but if you collapse I'm gonna punch you for it."

"I'll take you up on that." The blonde visibly happy about this. "Where are we headed to?"

"You bet I am."
Jonouchi pivoted toward the exit.

"Come to think of it. I don't remember." A sad honest answer.
"We can always hunt something on one of the floors if they do."

He stifled a yawn, he was still exhausted, sometimes it felt like this new exhaustion was never going to go away.

"Ever had rabbit before?"

He's still not sure if they will succeed but it will take his mind off things for a while.

Jonouchi was on his way to the floor where people typically caught food to eat. It was one of the more friendly floors at that and fun just to hang out in when you wanted a bit of nature.

He stubbornly kept on, trying to not slow Jonouchi down.

Only two good ways to cook it without getting more utensils.
