Prompt 1 - Dorm 2-06, Dormitory Hallways, Men's 2nd Floor Bathroom
All in all, as far as the fact at he hadn't yet been put into a position where he'd had to retaliate too harshly toward his new room mates, Sephiroth was settling in to his new sleeping arrangements as well as could be expected. He didn't know, or trust, either Shinji or Suzaku and this fact alone kept him awake until well into the early hours of the mornings ever since he had been put with them, though generally he kept himself to himself as always. It would take a while, indeed, for them to replace Hidetoshi, with his eternal patience and quiet manner that had earned Sephiroth's respect. There were always the Dormitory hallways to patrol, if he got bored of re-reading his notes or a book, and longer excursions down into the Tower after dark - hunting monsters with which to exhaust himself into a state that would make slumber easier as well.

During the days since the shuffle, Sephiroth patrolled the Dormitory Hallways tirelessly, determined to commit to memory which room and floor everyone had been moved to - for his own security, considering some of the individuals who now slept just down the hall from him as well. It would be inconvenient indeed should they seek to get in his way, or murder him in his sleep or whatever-else attempt at heroism or humiliation that they might conceive - regardless if he hadn't given them reason to recently.

Though, he had yet to thoroughly check his trunk, that it contained all of the items that it had before the shuffle. There had been the odd quick glance through the obvious essentials when he had needed them, and so one morning was reserved -once all other room mates had left- for a more in-depth check. And so, in his grey training attire, Sephiroth knelt at the end of his bed by the trunk and opened it's lid to the fullest, and pulled each item out in turn - his leather clothing with it's armor to one side, the various other solid items to the other, retrieving his comb and placing that on the top of his bedsheets as he'd need it later. Once everything he expected was present and accounted for Sephiroth then systematically re-packed everything back into it's rightful place within his trunk and closed the lid again. He disliked that there wasn't any way to lock the same still, but he would just have to take it upon faith that neither Shinji nor Suzaku were much for pranks - that rooster had been disaster before. It's not like he'd have to put up with any of this for very much longer, not if his real-power continued to develop the way that it had been.

Inevitably, more people living on the same floor meant that Sephiroth could not enjoy the treasured hour or so that he enjoyed at least twice daily underneath one of the many shower heads of the men's bathroom with little to no chance of being disturbed. His routine would have to be adjusted for when those other male residents of the 2nd Floor Dorms were not around, or he would have to make them change their own. In the meantime there was nothing else but to tolerate the occasional walk-in; it's not like he, of all people, had anything to be embarrassed physically about anyway - much less have any other reason for modesty. The alternative would have him walking right back out of the bathroom if others were in there before him; he had plenty of other hours to fill where he might actually get some privacy.

Prompt 2 - Floor 75, Early Evenings
That Ganondorf wasn't here, nor did the events surrounding Ryoji's transformation into Nyx Avatar give any bearing whatsoever to Sephiroth's visiting to the top of the Tower within the Tower. It was a worthwhile exercise, fighting ones way to it's 20-floor apex and then again down to get back to the actual stairwell if his mood turned that way. To Sephiroth, not only was it a worthwhile test of his prowess but also there was something special about using real power against real monsters where such a pleasure had been denied to him for such a long time during his residency in the Tower. It also proved an ample way to get rid of his chipped collar unit for at least an hour, while he walked around in the floors below, confused as to whether Sephiroth himself had gone up or down a particular set of stairs.

But fighting monsters was not his reason for ascending the Tower on these evenings. Once the topmost floor was cleared of all monsters Sephiroth sat himself cross-legged in the middle. Well-practiced he turned his attention outward while at the same time the majority of his focus was turned inward; to focus at, and cultivate that pulsing power of his that had been growing exponentially within his core since the transition period for him had finished. It was something of a small blessing now, however embarrassing it had been, that he hadn't died in the Labyrinth, as he knows he would have had to start again. Sephiroth would never get an opportunity like this again.

He wrapped all of his will around that power he could feel and bid it patience. He would take his freedom from this cage, and soon. But for now, to that end, his method was being finalized. As Sephiroth slipped further into a heightened meditative trance of his own making, a blue glowing around his frame protected him from detection from any new monsters who wandered into his vicinity. In a few moments, this glow slowly began to bubble outwards, encasing him in a small shield of his will. Sephiroth knew that he was protected from attack at this point but reigned in this power a few moments later - it took a great deal of energy to keep that shield focused, and it wouldn't do to waste his energy on it, especially when it was not yet needed.

Just as well, as someone stepped out onto the topmost floor a moment later.

"Twice a day?" Brunwulf raised an eyebrow at the other man. Why did he feel the need to bathe twice a day? The Nord barely got a bathe twice a week, let alone days. Perhaps, this was to keep up the clean image the general wore. His long, silky hair and porcelain skin. The Nord could see how the man managed to achieve such a pristine complexion.

"Nay, we Nords do not need to bathe so much, as a warrior bathes himself in the blood of his enemies." He let out a loud, deep laugh and continued to wash himself.
