Time goes on without you...
Characters: Meiling and you!
Setting: Dorm room 1-17 or throughout the halls.
Format: Will match!
Summary: Meiling is back in the tower..and has no idea what to think about it...
[Dorm 1-17]
Some would think after spending so much time on their ruined world that seeing the ceiling of the tower would be somewhat of a relief to one. With Meiling's memory being so fuzzy, She wasn't even sure she was really coming back or had been there the entire time. But either way was not a happy prospect for the gate guard. Her heart was heavy with what she could remember, from both her wanderings and the last things she could remember...none of which helped her state of mind.
With that in mind, she quickly darted to her trunk to grab up her clothing so she could get changed...but the lack of her hat has her paused in confusion..as is the fact some of her items were just out right GONE. What in the world happened?
[Hallways and Anywhere really.]
Well, once she finally gets dressed back in her outfit, the gatekeeper takes to the hallways, searching for faces she knew or even someone to tell her what has happened. She knows what she should probably do but..Part of her is afraid to even go and find out everything...

Either way, she pitter-patters out of bed and looks around the room, confused. ]
...Meiling?
no subject
Mistress...? You are back?
[She's staying at her trunk, the lettering she saw above her bed the last time she was here still keeping her from closing the distance.]
no subject
Seems so. This is getting so tiresome. What is this, the sixth time...?
no subject
...Remi. Meiling.
It has been entirely too long.

[At Patchouli's voice, she stops and turns to her. There is a part of her glad to see them both..but at the same time she isn't thrilled. Just going to close her trunk and sit on it for the time being. Who was next or did the person bringing them back leave Sakuya and Flandre out of this?]
It has been too long.

Slowly, slowly she turns around. Internally, she's suppressing the urge to duck behind Meiling, as as much as she wants to, it'll do her no good. It probably isn't her own Patchouli. She was just another one of Val's clones, after all. And this one didn't seemed to be scarred.
There's not much she can do, either way. The look on her face pretty much says 'emotionally drained'. ]
Hello, Patchouli.
[ She really hopes Patchouli doesn't ask about the burn scars all over her body, or the huge tear in her wing, but she's mentally prepping herself anyway. She hardly looked the same. ]
no subject
[Patchouli can't help but notice those burn scars and the tears in Remilia's wing. Shouldn't Jason have healed those? Unless it's too soon...it's a shame now that she doesn't have any proper kind of healing magic. She'd try, if she did.]
It's good to see you, Remi. It's been entirely too long.
[The words 'what happened?' are right there, but she swallows them for now.]

Dorm
Another girl, rifling through her trunk at the end of her bed. She looks distressed. Understandable waking up in this place... briefly, she wonders if she ought to extend condolences or a welcome.]
I'm sorry.
[Condolences it is. Grainne issues a soft sigh with that, wiping at her face with the edge of her blanket.]
no subject
Sorry? Did something happen while I was gone?
[Well..If that doesn't say she's been here before..]
no subject
For your world. I'm sorry.
[She shrugs.]
It seems a better greeting in this place than 'Welcome'...
no subject
[If her fuzzy memory was to be trusted, Which it was but give her time to realize that.]
True.. How long have you been here by chance?
no subject
[Grainne sits up, revealing rather bad bedhead, and pulls the covers off of herself. She makes an attempt to tame the hair by brushing it down with her hands, but gives up after a moment and reties the ribbon in her hair, still messy.]
At least I think it has been a month.
no subject
[She knew the feeling well...She won't get closer, even if she wants to help.]
If we are roommates..I guess we should know each other huh? I'm Meiling.

"Welcome back. And for what its worth... I'm sorry you're here."
no subject
"That answers the question of if I was really gone or not. T be honest? I think I'd rather be here then wandering around Gensokyo by myself."
It was lonely and nothing looked right anymore..a depressing thought for her.
"How long have I been gone? Has it gotten worse?"

A pause to try and figure out that information.
"Not come back? Outside of the tower? I thought the Admins were wanting us to stay inside..and Jason was dealing with death."

But she's quiet for a moment, This jsut got better and better..
"That just..Are they giving up then? or is it something more then that?"
Hallway
Not paying attention to where she's going she softly bumps into Meiling]
M'sorry
[After mumbling an apology she looks up to gauge a reaction and any semblance of sleep completely vanishes]
no subject
It's okay...It's not a...Wriggle?
[Her face lights up in both happiness to see her and sadness that she's still in the tower.]
no subject
[Is this real life? Is this actually happening? The face that she never thought she'd see again was right in front of her and she didn't even take two seconds to question it. She didn't want to question it.
Wriggle just throws her arms around her neck in smiles and tears]
Meiling!
no subject
Wriggle! I missed you.
no subject
[It's been a long time since she cried from happiness but this is the nicest thing that's happened to her in so long. Wriggle just holds on tight and her words practically run together]
I thought you were dead I saw you in Gensokyo and it was horrible and you had been gone so long I thought I'd never ever see you again! Never ever ever! And I wanted to get strong so I could fight to get you back but it was so hard and I was so scared I thought we would die if we didn't get back in time but we did and I'm here and you're here and- and-
no subject
[Not letting go because she missed Wriggle. Even if her last memories of here were sad and still had her worried...she wasn't going to let that spoil this. Of course, she understands everything, too used to words going on and on.]
I'm back and We'll find a way to fix Gensokyo. Mistress and Patchouli are both back as well..so I know we will find a way. It won't be like that long once we get the chance. I promise.
[She's going to let that hopefully sink in before asking.]
You were outside the tower? What happened?
