Summary: Somebody's po’d about suddenly being not at home!

[He’ll only stay in this room as long as he’s forced here, he resolves. Being caught so completely, staring up at an unfamiliar ceiling, is neither pleasant nor comforting. In fact, if he allowed himself these thoughts anyway, it rather terrifies him. Nothing like being dropped into an unfamiliar and likely dangerous situation with a body that won’t move. His mind reels as he waits: Gotta be a highblood plot, right? But how would they have found him… hmm. And what about his cavalreapers? Everything feels off-kilter and strange, and the very moment he can, he slips across the communal respiteblock floor, wings half opened, and tries the door]

[AND LATER he’s moving carefully through each floor, suspicious and irritated. His head is held at an odd angle as he explores, lowered slightly so he’s forced to peer up through his brows to see, but his horns carve a sharp, dangerous arc through the air, settled at just about goring level. It’s not really the best threat, but he’s made them work for him in the past when he’s been desperate. And hey, if this isn’t a desperate situation here, without his soldiers or his beasts or his weapons, then he doesn’t know what is! So yeah... watch out, guys… This troll fit to snap at the first thing that looks at him wrong…]

[Baww young people are his weakness. If this is a highblood plot then it is very very well executed! Shakes his head, banishing that particular thought. Right. He is... trusting this little alien person. That is now a thing that is happening]

[She blinks at the smile, and it takes her a moment to return it because what was said before it was a bit distracting. In the end, though, she does smile back, even if said smile is a bit small.] It won't be easy. No one's found a way to stop them yet. But--... [Well, it's no secret, even if it might cause trouble.] ... a lot of people have been saying that we need to do something, so if you want help, then... you'll probably be able to find it.

Excellent. [Claps his hands together. TEMPORARY NEW MISSION: GET OUT OF HERE. Yeeees, all this confidence and positive thinking! Nothing can stop him!!!]

I hope that you are one of the helpers?

[She hesitates, then lets out a tiny sigh.] I'm... not much of a fighter. I'm not sure I'd be able to do anything, if it came to that. [And when did it not, with things like this? It's true that she does have powers, but... even now, she's not about to let anyone know about them. They're entirely too dangerous, even for the people she'd be trying to help, and if there's any chance the people who run the tower don't know about them, she wants to keep it that way.]

[A... AWW NO SHE'S SO SWEET. lasdf his smile turns sympathetic! He remembers when those were his exact thoughts about himself, or at least close to them]

Fighters aren't the only useful sort of person to have around. You've got something that can help. I can tell!

[Something the can help. The girl looks up at him with wide eyes briefly, but convinces herself he wasn't talking about anything specific. There's no reason to think he knows about her powers, even if that is a weird coincidence. She recovers after a moment and smiles back.]

You're right. About the-- about there being other kinds of people that can be useful. [There's a tiny hesitation, then,] What makes you think I can help?

[lkjdf no he's just intensely positive. No worries Namine!]

Everyone can do something to help. You just gotta find it, right?

[PHEW. Or that's what she would be thinking if she could. You know, read that.]

...Right. [She lets out a tiny, almost inaudible breath, and her smile widens.] That makes sense. I guess I just have to keep looking, then.

What's your name? Uh... if that's a thing you want to say. [He understands if not. He was kind of a dick when this all started... pff]

Oh! [Goodness, she's always forgetting things like that. ~~What is meeting new people even she almost never had to do that back in her world.~~] It's okay, I don't mind. [She's had plenty of practice putting up with people being jerks, s-sob.] My name is Naminé.

[Gives her his easy, gentle smile]

That's uh... a really pretty name. [For an ali... en... No, shush Summoner, shush]

[It's hard not to smile back, and since she's not at all inclined to even attempt to stop herself in the first place, she does. She looks embarrassed by the compliment, but apparently it's in a good way, if the quiet half-laugh is any indication.] Thank you...!

So... what's your name? If-- that's a thing you want to say.

[ljsdf chuckles]

Uh... the Summoner. Is what I guess they've been calling me. But I'm not too attached to it if you don't want to use that...

Mm... [The girl seems to consider it for a moment, then,] I'm okay with that. All that really matters is if you are. [It's his name, after all.]

[...looooord, she is so sweet ;A; He nods after a moment's thought]

It'll work. It's nice to meet you, Namine.

[~~The sweetest--~~ She would probably disagree about that thought, if it was said out loud. She gives him a smile that's fairly broad for her and nods.] Okay, then. It's nice to meet you, too, Summoner.

[Little smile, before he returns to scanning the hallways. Less tense and more curious now!]

Uh... is there is anything else that... I should know about this place, do you think? [Before he continues trying to get out of here!]

[She watches him, sparing the hallways a glance when he does.]

Well... [More things that one would expect, but she's not quite sure where to start.] ... a lot of things, I think. Um-- I guess... one of the biggest things would be that if you die here, you come back to life. [Definitely a good thing to know, especially if he's planning on stirring up trouble.]

[Oh dear, he is all about the trouble stirring...! BUT THIS IS... A VERY STRANGE THING TO LEARN???]

What? How?

[Yeah, she knows that, so her expression is suitably apologetic. Please don't freak out and think she's lying again, please?]

No one's sure. ...But, I know some people who have died and come back. I--... even saw one of them dead, so I know it's true.

[...sob well she makes it really hard when she when she gets all quiet and nervous like that. It's... pretty hard to believe! But he has already promised himself that he will... trust her... so...]

What happens? When they come back, I mean.

[She's sorry, really she is. :C She wouldn't blame him if he didn't.]

They just wake up in their room, I think, as good as new. I've never-- um, done it myself, so I can't say for sure if there's anything else to it. [Thank goodness.]

How do you die three times... [Once is enough for most people! There is actually... a certain level of disdain in his voice there. A troll who managed to die three times would be considered pretty darn useless... if resurrection was thing that could happen in the real world of course]
