Summary: Kanaya doing various things

Floor 1 - Dining
[Kanaya is sitting in the cafeteria with a place of food in front of her, it is mostly untouched, well mostly uneaten, she has moved the food around the plate quite a few times. Every time she goes to take a bite she puts the fork down right before she does. She's thinking too hard to stop and eat. Kanaya may be noticeably uneasy.]

Floor 7 - Pool
[She removed her clothing and put on one of the bathing suits the tower provided even if she didn't plan on actually swimming. Instead she puts her feet in the water, occasionally kicking them to stir up the water a bit, but it doesn't look like she is going to go in anytime soon]

Floor 14 - Media room
[Kanaya is reading a book. Or she was reading the book at one point or another. If you've been watching for a while she hasn't turned the page in a really long time. In fact, she may have fallen asleep.]

Floor 15 - Work shop
[It's been a while since she's spent time in the workshop, she hopes that she can distract herself for a bit, to take her mind off of what has been troubling her. It may not go as she planned]

[She's..calming down a bit. After a moment of awkward silence in which she twirled her fingers, she carefully ventured asking some more question.] U-Um...so...if you are really an Alternian, then the imperial drones really exist...? And the hemospectrum, and sgrub...?

Yes, all of those exist. Are you saying that you created all of those in your world?

Um.... Not me personally? [More fidgeting!] Alternia is the name of the planet that the game my friends play takes place on, and they play characters called trolls with all of that stuff. I have a friend whose name is Kanaya and that is also her character's name. The game I play is sort of similar but with humans instead of trolls, and I made up Jade for that campaign.

I see, have you made up all twelve trolls? What happens in the game?

Uh huh...! Let's see... [She begins counting off the people on her fingers as she names them.] Sam has Sollux, Karl has Karkat, Teresa made Terezi.... Nina made Nepeta, Ed made Equius, Anna made Aradia, Eric made Eridan...Gary made Gamzee, Felicity has Feferi, Victor has Vriska, and Tammy made Tavros!

Um, I do not know all of the details since I was not playing with them, but I know Karkat made friends with a Jack Noir, and another Jack Noir messed up their campaign, and Gamzee and Eridan kind of went on a character killing spree!

Y-You mean for all the times someone in our games died, someone was really dying...!? Y-You too?!

The frogs were very important, more important than we realized in my session. Yes, we died, and yes I died, but do not blame yourselves, there is probably little correlation between your game and my life.

Yes, they were to make the new universe, right? I think Karl got really frustrated over that... [A bit of a laugh there. Because angry people were entertaining.]

I guess so. A lot of the stuff sounds really similar so I am just worried...but for us it is only a game! Not even a silly reality-bending one, just tabletop!

Your Karl is my Karkat, then yes. He rushed the process and we never got the genetic code just right, but your universe, I'm sorry the Jade I knew- her universe, was born just the same.

To you it was a game and for me and my friends it was real life, but please don't worry yourself over what happened. It seems you know a lot about me but I only know the character you play.

Oh! Um, well I told you my name is Echidna... I am a freshman in college, which is basically a big fancy school for learning more stuff so you can become an expert in something. I am studying science there! And like I said, sburb for us is a tabletop game, where you make up characters and roll dice and things.

[And some awkward chuckling.] I guess it is kind of weird since I know about you but you do not know about me at all....

[a small laugh] You roll dice? Was Vriska's character based off of that fact? It seems like a game she would like, albeit not violent enough.

Perhaps there are differences between myself and the Kanaya you created. There is always that chance.
