Floor 1 - Dining
[Kanaya is sitting in the cafeteria with a place of food in front of her, it is mostly untouched, well mostly uneaten, she has moved the food around the plate quite a few times. Every time she goes to take a bite she puts the fork down right before she does. She's thinking too hard to stop and eat. Kanaya may be noticeably uneasy.]

Floor 7 - Pool
[She removed her clothing and put on one of the bathing suits the tower provided even if she didn't plan on actually swimming. Instead she puts her feet in the water, occasionally kicking them to stir up the water a bit, but it doesn't look like she is going to go in anytime soon]

Floor 14 - Media room
[Kanaya is reading a book. Or she was reading the book at one point or another. If you've been watching for a while she hasn't turned the page in a really long time. In fact, she may have fallen asleep.]

Floor 15 - Work shop
[It's been a while since she's spent time in the workshop, she hopes that she can distract herself for a bit, to take her mind off of what has been troubling her. It may not go as she planned]

Do you believe it is worth trying or will it be better in the long run to take what they throw at us in stride?

[That was a tough question, do they fight against those that had them captive, or wait and try and survive as long as they could and try and change things slowly.

Until very recently Suzaku would have said the latter, he would have told Kanaya just to wait, to take what they threw at them but now... He did not think their passiveness would serve any purpose but to make their captours stronger.

The end justified all means and if that end was getting everyone back to their worlds, their real worlds, safely then Suzaku would fight against them] I think it is worth trying, if only to show them that we are prepared to fight.

[she hesitates but nods] I agree, it could be useful to fight against them but they may just come after us harder and stronger for every time we fight back. I don't know what is the right thing to do.

[He frowns again] It's still better than doing nothing, though I agree. The right thing to do is not clear.

We also have to consider how much the tower can manipulate our emotions and actions. No matter how much we prepare and no matter what we do, they may always be a few steps ahead of us. This tower is constantly troubling.

[Suzaku nods again] It is, we must always be prepared for the fact they can make us turn on each other, I think that is more frightening than the other things.
