♈ Emissary: Get ALL the CR!
Characters: the Emissary and YOU!
Setting: all over the tower (I AM NOT KIDDING), vaguely backdated.
Format: starting with brackets but I'll follow whatever you do.
Summary: old!Aradia finally gets around to some freakin exploring.
Warnings: TBA
[All right! The Emissary is more than settled in now, and is in fact starting to go a little stir-crazy. So now that the Tower's returned and the monsters thinned out, she's been spending the last few days exploring and poking around. You may have run across her in any of the following places, doing any of the following things...]
[Floor 2 | Infirmary]
[The 10th was collar checkup day for blues! ... I don't remotely know what that entails, but Aradia did come willingly, if only to see what the whole thing is about.]
What's the deal with these ugly things, anyway? Do they do anything?
[Floor 6 | The Forest]
[Now this is impressive! And beautiful! How'd they fit all these trees in here, anyway, some kind of space warp? If the vegetation wasn't so thick, it'd be the perfect place to take a walk. For now she's sort of hanging out by the staircase, trying to attract the attention of a cute little squirrel she just noticed.] Hey there, little guy...!
[Floor 8 | The Maze]
[Lost in the maze? Well so is she! Ha ha. It's hard to tell what time it is, but it's getting close to evening...]
This is ridiculous. Where did I get turned around, anyway?
[Floor 10 | The Aquarium]
[This is even cooler than the forest. How is the water doing that? Semipermeable force fields? Whatever it is, it's pretty freakin' sweet. Aradia can be found with her hand brushing the water, and being investigated by a curious cuttlefish. Ahh, nostalgia...]
[Floor 14 | The Media Room]
[Sittin' on the sofa, watching a Troll Indiana Jones knockoff during a ludicrous, over-the-top fight scene - taking place entirely underwater. Ahh, highblood ripoff movies, she has so not missed you. Of course, she's still watching it anyway, lounging boredly in a red beanbag chair.]
[Floor 20 | The Ramp]
[What's that? A partially crumbling ramp leading up the outside of the tower into parts unknown, with flying disabled? THIS IS WHAT THE EMISSARY LIVES FOR. She is climbing the shit out of that fucking ramp.]
[Floors 22/24 | There Is No Miss Zarves]
[Welp, Floor 23 is claiming its first curious victim. Anyone in the art gallery or the Empty Room may notice Aradia coming up or coming down the stairs, eyeing them curiously, and then returning the way she came. Repeat a few times, with her looking increasingly determined - and a tiny bit more transparent - with every trip. You... might want to help her find something else to do.]
[Room 2-07 | Night]
[UGH. It's weird enough being expected to sleep at night, but these relaxation squares are just killing her! She's never liked sleeping on her back, but her horns get in the way if she tries anything else. Even lying down flat is a huge pain, since her head doesn't quite fit in with the concept of pillows.
Her roomies - Justine, Samus, and Rin - will be treated to her frequent tossing and turning, whether they're trying to sleep or do anything else. At some point she'll even get up after dark hours and discreetly turn on the light.]

[Maybe once he would have said "presumably to floor 23", but, well, the Tower has begun to change that. You never know when something ends up being not as linear as you expect it to be.]

I could swear I've been up and down these stairs like twenty times. [It's actually less than that.] But every time, the next thing I know I'm on the next floor.

...and?
[He's looking at you a little funny, Emissary. Please forgive his utter lack of imagination.]

... That is, the next floor after the twenty-third. I'm sure it's not just a numbering discrepancy, but I just... can't remember what was there...
