#001 [open]
Characters: AU Vriska and the people who meet her (aka open)
Setting: Dorm 1-13 / Cafeteria / Exploring
Format: Starts action, but will follow
Summary: The tower has another new cerulean blood and she's not happy about it. Note: please specify if you're meeting her in/by her dorm, in the cafeteria or roaming the tower (in which case you get to pick where)
Warnings: Rage and swearing. Violence likely if provoked.
Dorm 1-13
[Anyone who happens to be passing - or to be inside - Dorm 1-13 when Vriska awakes will be treated to a loud, angry scream as she waits rather impatiently for the sleep paralysis to wear off. When she can finally move, there's more swearing as she takes in the unflattering outfit she's wearing. Soon, she'll notice the chest and change into something more appropriate. And it's then she notices the collar - in green, of all colours! Feel free to run into her either in the room or just as she's leaving it.]
Cafeteria
[This is actually Vriska's second visit to the cafeteria. Her last visit ended in the need to throw up so she's back, scowling as she eats some oatmeal and periodically tugging at the collar that just refuses to come off. There's no-one else at her table, though, if you dare approach]
Exploring the Tower
[Once fed, Vriska starts to roam the tower, on the hunt for anyone who can explain what's going on - whether this is a ploy to pull the blue-bloods into line or if something more unusual is afoot. She'll be taking in most of the floors at least in passing, her trusty cutlass in hand, so feel free to run into her anywhere]

I'm just saying, maybe... it might not be so bad.
no subject
Still don't get where you non-trolls fit in.
no subject
And hey, unlikely as it is, I'll keep my fingers crossed that things are better here for you than at home, at least in this respect. No one's pushing drugs on you, anyway. [Unless that's what's in their collars... welp.]

[She paces a little and then, because she can't help but be curious and, well, for a weird pink alien at least this one speaks sense, she asks:]
So humans have different blood colours too?
no subject
--No, humans all have the same blood color. Bright red, though actually it's blue in our veins, the oxygen just makes it red when it hits the atmosphere. [I hope you wanted some science-related babble there.] When we get prejudiced it tends to be about skin color, which can be anything from the pinkish I am to a dark brown. We're a lot less rainbow-y on the whole.
no subject
[Okay, that is a new one on her and she looks very much confused]
Okay, how does that even work? Ignoring the fact that you have the blood of the Messiah or however it is we're supposed to regard the Signless and his non-spectrum descendent, your blood colour is your blood colour. Except, I guess, when it's not...wait but how does that work with other stuff? Isn't that all the same colour as your blood too?
no subject
[Oops, they're confusing each other. But there's a fast way to explain the first part of this confusion, and Willow pushes up her sleeve and holds out her arm expectantly.] Here, look. Some of it looks blue. I don't remember the exact explanation why-- I didn't take biology.
no subject
[Wow, nice topic for a first conversation, no? But she's soon distracted by the biology part]
Well that's just...weird.
no subject
There's something satisfying about being so thoroughly unclassable on the hemospectrum, to be frank.
no subject
Oh yeah. Man, you pink aliens are all about the rainbow, aren't you?
no subject
So before I forget, I want to warn you. [Her expression suddenly turns serious, frowning.] There's one troll in particular you should look out for, named the Grand Highblood. I think he's... a subbjuggle-something? I don't remember the word. But he murders people right and left, just for looking at him wrong.
He's been the biggest problem here that I've run into.
no subject
He can't be here. He's dead.
no subject
And if you die while you're here, you just come right back. It's like the endless carousel of returning enemies.
no subject
Anyway, dead or not I'm not scared of him.

no subject
[Just not for the reasons she should be]
no subject
Did you have anything else you wanted to ask me?
no subject
Not unless you've got anything else I should know about.
no subject
[Getting up from her seat.] So I guess I should release you from enforced social interaction now?
no subject
Sure, if you want. Sounds to me like I've got plenty of time to get the hang of this place.
no subject
So I'll see you later!
