Characters: The Handmaid and you!
Setting: Initially the floor with the pool, but somewhere else after that.
Format: Action to start, but I'll match!
Summary: Brooding and stuff!
Warnings: Ummm she's probably going to try to pick a fight with everyone...

[When the Handmaid doesn't feel like thinking, she defaults to what's expected of her: That is, violence. So she's been roaming the Tower the past few days, fighting whatever monsters (or residents) she comes across. Of course, immortal doesn't mean invulnerable, so she's retreated to the spring room, which seems to be the most consistently peaceful floor, to patch herself up. The grass around her is littered with bandages, but the gash on her arm requires stitches, and she's doing a pretty sloppy job of sewing herself up. Whatever. It'll do, right? It's not like she can bleed out.]

[don't worry! there won't be any denying of any fights here.]

Nah, that isn't even at all motherfucking close to what I'm getting at. Just stating a fucking fact, is all. [he leers at her, his grin all teeth.] I don't have nothing to be at all motherfucking afraid of here, sister. Not like you motherfucking could, anyway.

[She rolls her eyes pointedly and decides to forgo the stupid pre-strife chatter. Instead, she sends her wands whipping at him, flashing energy trailing behind.]

[whoops, hehe. he darts off to one side to avoid the energy zapping the ground near his feet, then rushes at her, his head slightly lowered. he seriously needs to find something to use as a proper weapon someday instead of getting into fights with nothing but his own body.

but his abnormally large fists should work for now. he strikes at her again, this time with more deliberate force.]

[She manages to zip behind him, sending another zap at him as she avoids his attack. Luckily she's good at dodging, though her movements are more sluggish than usual.]

[the crackle of energy nicks his horn, sending him tipping over to one side with an irritated growl. he regains his balance, and continues this dizzying dance of avoiding her attacks and trying to claw at her at the same time.

she's a slippery one, which starts to make this fight both interesting and sort of annoying!]

[The Handmaid scowls, wishing she could be as slippery as she usually is. But she's so tired that she can't, and so his next swipe catches her and nearly brings her down.]

[takes this opportunity to close the bit of distance between them and get a better shot at her, trying to get his entire hand around her -- which he almost could've, judging by how small she is in comparison -- and slam her into the ground.]

[Wow, his hands are really big--that's the vague thought she has as she realizes her dodge wasn't quite dodge-y enough, and her back smashes into the ground. The air leaves her lungs in a sharp whoosh and she's fairly certain she hears something crack. Her eyes stop flickering and return to their usual deep red as she struggles to catch her breath and her claws dig into his wrist.]

[The sight of her eyes flickering like that is quite...unique, and enjoys the fact that her pain creates such a reaction. Maybe he'll play with her some more just to see those colors again. The cracking sound is just the proverbial icing on the cake.

He winces slightly at the claws piercing his skin, but just laughs and lets go of her, shaking her off. Then he pulls one of his feet back and kicks her in the side, hard, sending her rolling down a slight hill.]

[That crack she heard was probably a rib, judging by how much more badly that kick hurts than it should. She manages to scramble into a crouch, sending a blast of majyyk at his face. But, due to her pain and exhaustion, her aim might not be as on target as it usually is.]

[Instead of his face, the majyyk hits him square in the chest, sending him flying backwards!! he hits the ground with a heavy thud, but slowly picks up himself up with an angry growl.]

Still got some motherfucking fight in you. I like that.

[She scowls, pulling herself to her feet and lifting her wands again.]

You thought it would be that easy?

[Return the scowl with a shit-eating grin, preparing to make his move when she does.]

I did, for a motherfucking second, but hey. I've been all surprised by shitbloods before.

Shut up about the hemospectrum already!

[If only he realized how much it didn't matter. She lunges forward, forgoing her majyyks and attempting to stab him with her wands instead.]

Heh heh, no can motherfucking do. [Sorry, even if it doesn't matter, he can't help it! It's hard to suddenly stop thinking about something that was totally a natural thing for him, ok!!

He lowers his head slightly and charges forward as well, intending to meet her wands with a wild thrashing of his head, his horns acting as his temporary weapons.]

[Yup, wands meet horns! Except his horns are much, longer and thicker than her wands, so horns definitely win, and she stumbles back again.]

[without losing any momentum, he thrusts his head forward, intent on goring her if he has to. though...it'd be nice if she didn't die right away. he's more of a 'play with your food' type of guy.]

[Oh... Yup. Going through her, that is a thing that happens, and she makes a rather disgusting hkkk sound to go along with it. But rather than black out or go into shock or whatever it is you normally do after you're impaled, she fists her hands in his ridiculous hair and tries to pull his horns out of her.]

Get... off!

[whoa that's... a weird reaction. strangely resilient. it shocks him enough that the force of her push actually works, and the tips of his gnarled twisted horns pull free.]

Heh heh heh, whoa. You're a lot tougher than you all motherfucking seem.

[She sucks in a ragged breath and stumbles backward, covering her now bleeding wounds.]

Told you.

[He slowly cracks his neck, reaching up to swipe at the small trickle of rusty colored blood on his horns. It's a pretty blegh color he thinks, and he flicks it off onto the ground.]

You'll motherfucking bleed out soon enough. [Sort of circles around her in casual sort of walk, grinning.]

[She glares, watching him circle her warily.]

You'll be waiting a long time.

[he tilt his head slightly, an inquiring look on his face.]

And Just what the fuck is that supposed to mean?

[She smirks grimly but doesn't answer, lifting up one blood soaked hand to flick dark red at him.]

[He flinches slightly in surprise, but gathers himself quickly. With a growl, he steps toward her, full prepared for any sort of retaliation - majyyks or not. With determination, he reaches for the arm that had flicked the blood at him.]
