[The Arcana Is The Mean By Which All Is Revealed] || [Semi-Open]
Characters: A lot of characters, check the tags!
Setting: Various floors for gathering the seeds; the battles will happen on the Roof of Towerception (Floor 75).
Format: Prose or action, whichever you prefer!
Summary: That's the log for everything related to the Nyx Avatar player plot! The OOC post is here if you want more information about it! You can also use it if you want to plot about how the battles will go. The log is going to be divided into five main threads: a first thread for Ganondorf to gather the "seeds" who will be used to make Ryoji go into his Nyx Avatar mode. Essentially, he's just going to trap them into nifty, colored crystals while they're distracted. The second thread will be about Ryoji reaching the roof of towerception and subsequently being kept there alongside the four seeds till the heroes arrive.
The third thread will be about the 'heroes' arriving to Towerception-- If they took part in the Sephiroth battle, they will have received a seemingly friendly letter asking them to come, otherwise either they will just happen to pass by the tower and feel a strange presence / hear weird noises. Finally, the fourth thread will be about the battle against the seeds with a sub-thread per seed, and the final thread about the battle against Ryoji. As a reminder, the four "seeds of grief" are: Diarmuid, Lancer, Patrick Dawn and Yukiko Amagi.
Because of how the log is divided, you can start the battles without having to wait for the three "lead-in" threads to be completed.
Warning: Evil gloating. Unending lectures about the tarot arcana. Lots of sad all around. Of course, anyone participating in the battle against either the seeds or Nyx takes the non-negligible risk of being killed or grievously wounded.

Yukiko Amagi - Floor 48
It's easy to tell that she's distracted, lost in her own thoughts as she carries out what she feels is her duty. Her guard is down and she really isn't paying attention to anyone else that might be there.]

She had followed her to this floor, and was stood in front of a grave, Rise's grave. She still thought that graves, and what they symbolised was strange and blasphemous but she understood that it was not that way for others. She looked up when she saw the girl coming her way.]
You did be having a grave here, it do be being gone now. So you do be being the same Yukiko who used to be being here.
no subject
That's right. I thought I'd come down and see everyone else that isn't here anymore, much as I can see them. It's the least I could do.
...did you know Rise-chan? I know she was here for a while before I got here the first time. It's not much of a surprise that she'd have a lot of friends.

[She refuses to use the past tense. Her friends are still out there, and she's convinced they're somehow all right. Still, there's a hint of sadness in her smile as she shifts the flowers she's holding to extend a hand to Nesir.]
I think I've seen you around here before, but I never got to introduce myself. You know I'm Yukiko - what's your name?

It's nice to meet you, Nesir-chan. It's just a shame that it's under these circumstances...

[She looked over the graveyard] Do you be knowing many people here? A lot of people must have been going while you did be being gone.
no subject
...ouch. I thought I'd moved the flowers so the thorns wouldn't get me. It figures that even the flowers here are enough to hurt you.
[Yukiko laughs it off, then blinks. It's probably not okay to laugh too much in a graveyard.]
Mm. I know too many. Rise-chan, Naoto-kun, Kanji-kun, Yosuke-kun, Chie, Yu-kun, and Saki-san. Those are just the ones from my hometown. It seems like we come and go all too often. It's sad.
[She blinks a little, feeling just a bit dizzy. Yukiko still doesn't suspect anything, though, save a few of the flowers, which she discards.]

[Yukiko sways on her feet a little, dropping those flowers entirely before deciding she really needs to sit down. The poison is starting to kick in for her, and she's feeling off - dizzy and sleepy.]
...even the flowers have it in for me, I guess. I'm not feeling so well.

[Yukiko does sit down, bringing her knees up to her chest and resting her head on them.]
It's like my head's spinning, and I'm feeling really - well, off. I can't think of how to put it.
wow I derped on the dialect in that last tag, oops
it's okay, don't even worry about it
It doesn't go away. After a few minutes, Yukiko realizes something's really wrong. The idea of standing up doesn't seem like a good one - she feels like she'll pass out if she does.
In the end, that doesn't really matter; Yukiko doesn't mean to fall asleep, but she can't help it.]

[No response and Nesir checks her pulse and breathing. Steady and deep. She grins and looks around, hopefully Ganondorf is near and gets here before anyone else does.]

And he was very satisfied of the result. ]
Excellent work Nesir.
[ He smiled to her and with a move of his hand, he magically lifted Yukiko's body from the ground and had a crystal appear around her, trapping her inside. Only one left. ]

She watched as Yukiko was lifted.] I do be guessing that it did all be going alright with Diarmuid? [She still wishes she could have helped with that one, but she knows better than to let personal feelings get in the way in matters such as these]
no subject
Yes, he is already with Lancer and now so is she. I will have to prepare them further for the curse, I count on you to distract the final one in the meantime.
