[The aquarium level was quiet, save for the short little ripples running through the water. Toward the center, there was an obvious large shadow pursuing other, smaller shadows -- some of them even larger than its pursuer.

Condesce swam gracefully, entertaining herself by terrorizing the various marine life amongst her person. Every now and then she would pin one to the seafloor with a flurry of gold, trident in hand. If not, she would snatch them out in front of her expertly with practiced talons.

She doesn't seem to be paying attention to the doorway, but the moment someone steps foot onto the floor, they will notice that her form halts all movement and that there is a distinct yellow stare cast in their direction.]

[Gives her a closed mouth smile, bowing his head forward a little in a strangely humble gesture. Whether he's just trying to be goofy or not, it's hard to say.]

Too motherfucking kind, my lady.

Mmm, I know pet.

[She flicks a bit of water at him from her finger.]

[It's quick, but he's quicker, and snaps his jaws down on the little flying droplets of water like a cute widdle barkbeast.]

Just out of motherfucking curiosity: what do you all think of this place?

[She observes with mild interest before answering.]

Positively dreadful and a waste of my time. But then, it could always be worse. Then again, I daresay it would be in our captors' best interests to keep themselves as hidden as they have thusfar if they wish to retain any semblance of life in their own bodies.

I've never been a patient woman when it comes to negotiations.

[He sorta tilts his head around slowly as he listens.]

Heh heh, oh yeah, I motherfucking hear you on that. Motherfuckers don't got no chance if they all up and showed themselves or made themselves accessible to us, but hey, looks like we all got the short motherfucking end of the shitty stick. [Then he tilts his head, leaning in towards her with...no specific purpose in mind. Just feels like it.]

In the mean fucking time, things are sure as fuck different around here, aren't they, my lady? If a motherfucker didn't know any better, he'd say eventually, shit could probably get worse.

The probability is fairly high, yes.

[At that little revelation, she frowns a bit, arms folding inward on themselves. The close proximity doesn't appear to mean much to her.]

Much as I am at loathe to admit, they've managed to gain the upper hand in addition to the element of surprise. Until then, we simply must wait for an opportunity.

[She reaches up to stroke her chin in thought, eyelids falling.]

However...I imagine you must be as dreadfully bored as I am, my pet. Tell me, have you painted any murals in the Tower as of yet?

[He nods a little, then draws back, sort of lowering his head as if flowing her eyelid movements.]

Only a motherfucking couple. The most unfortunate of all fucking things about killing humans and using their blood as my motherfucking medium is that they're all the same fucking shade of candy red so far. [Then as an afterthought:] Sounds like a time for a motherfucking hunt for some lowblooded motherfuckers.

Oh? What a pity indeed.

[She tuts him gently and lets her hand fall from her chin.]

I would agree with that assessment. I think I've grown tired of this arrangement I've had with the null-blood.

[He perks up at that! Like, visibly grinning and eyes widening.]

Yeah?

[A thoughtful nod.]

Yes, I think so. Consider my previous notation regarding him and his kin null and void. I would not mind seeing new decor on these bland walls.

Save for the psionic, of course. He is mine, and I'll not have him harmed by any hand that is not my own.

[He rubs his chin thoughtfully, as if a sudden stroke of inspiration had entered his mind.]

I motherfucking suppose I could be all holding back on the motherfucking mustard tones. Shit doesn't all go with most of the colors I like, anyway. [Uh oh sounds like culling time is approaching soon.]
