Exploring! The maze! [open]

Characters: Romeo, Molly, Tavros ?, Anyone else who wants to get lost in the maze! Or is in the maze already. The more the merrier!
Setting: Meeting at the steps about to go up to the maze
Format: anything you like!
Summary: Meeting to explore the next floor together, probably getting helplessly lost and scared. Hopefully they will emerge safely!
Warnings: not at the moment, probably fear based stuff, will keep updating

Romeo sat on the steps bouncing in excitment. He was waiting for Molly because they had agreed to go up to the next floor together! They were going to see what was up there, the other floors that had mysteriously appeared (Romeo had no idea how they had been built over night, he suspected magic) all had been really strange but fun and he was hoping the next floor wasn't boring.

He was wearing his superhero costume again, because you never knew when people might need rescued and exploring new places was a very heroish thing to do. He loooked around again wondering where Molly had got to.

Ienzo blinked for a moment, attempting to keep up with the seemingly boundless energy that Romeo emitted. (Wait until he met Molly.) This was another thing he wasn't quite used to -- the closest thing he had to a personality like Romeo's was probably Braig, and he was just a slacker who didn't take anything seriously, so that really wasn't the same. But eventually, he sorted through all of the (mildly frightening) signals Romeo was tossing out, and provided a response of his own:

"...Ienzo."

Ah. He was getting used to this. He was able to understand the question relatively well through the high-pitched squealing of Romeo's voice (or at least, that's what it sounded like to him), but it still took a few moments before he continued the conversation. "...Eight..."

Inner Ienzo: /hides

Oh, now he's giving two questions. Oh dear. Um...

"...O-only about a week ago..." he murmured, taking an involuntary step back. He conveniently forgot to answer the second question because HUMAN INTERACTION AHHH.

OOC: Ienzo needs more '...eep! O_O' icons.

...

After a few moments of non-responsiveness, Ienzo's face returned to its usual emotionless state. This had been a... bad experience, yes, but what had caused him to get so scared so easily? (It is worth noting that for all of his book smarts, and with eight years to contemplate it, Ienzo has still failed to realize that he is human in that he has emotions and fears and all that nonsense, and yet a surprising amount of time is dedicated to stifling such things.)

Ienzo frowned slightly at the small white creature introduced as Piccolo, not registering that he was probably supposed to take it. However, he did bend down slightly to get a closer look at the unfamiliar beast. "...What... what creature is this...?" It certainly wasn't anything he had seen.

"Italy..." he murmured. "...Is that your world of origin, then...?" He stood up and focused his attention on Romeo again, while making a mental note to search for further information on this 'weasel' creature.

Ah... so if Italy is merely a country... that would definitely be one of the larger worlds. Compared to his homeworld, at least, which is so small that it barely encompasses a city-state area. And that city-state world is called: "...Radiant Garden..."

"...That depends on the scale and comparison..." he said quietly. "...But... I suppose so..." There was a pause. "...Though... I'm sure your world must easily be the larger of the two..."

Okay, where had this one come from? What a random question. But it was true nonetheless. "...Yes..." ...And of course, Ienzo turned his answer into the understatement of the century, as usual. He did like reading. He was reading practically every moment of free time he had for the past five or six years. No kidding.

In lieu of needless talking for such a simple question (because obviously Ienzo was against needless talking), the boy simply nodded once. He made no indication that he had not been seen anywhere that wasn't the library for several days afterward.
