Summary: Karkat ate chocolate.
Warnings: Coconut chocolate. There will be skeevy flirting in here, and probably some form of mind control or manipulation. Also murder. He will try and kill you when he's done. If you want a different chocolate, go ahead and specify in the subject.

[Karkat hadn't been feeling well all day.

Since he had made the mistake of getting breakfast, he hasn't been able to get the sweet taste of coconut and chocolate out of his mouth. If there was one thing Karkat hated, it was sweet foods. The taste on his tongue was making his skin crawl, making him feel much warmer than he rightfully should have felt.

Or maybe it was something else. Even the Thief of Heart wasn't quite sure what was disturbing him to the point that his fingers felt like the were tingling. The feeling was moving through his limbs as the day went on and he was strangely alert. Nerves. Had to be nerves. Considering who had just arrived in the Tower, it was no wonder really.

Either way, Karkat began to pick at his own lip with his spider-like fangs, tongue sliding across them in thought as he rounded the corner.]

[There it is. Just what he was waiting for.

He returns the kiss without cutting corners. His grip on her migrates north, rewarding her with the subtle clip of long, manicured talons. Of course it was subtle...its not as if this was blackrom or anything.

But if it wasn't blackrom, why were his hands still moving up? Why was he tracing patterns in the skin near her neck, contemplating how easy it would be to simply...pluck a vein or two?

Somewhere between his internal monologue, he had deepened their kiss, though his nails continue to tease near those vital areas he suddenly wanted so desperately to pierce.]

[This is about the point where Terezi's contentment starts to fade. It's not enough for her to shove him off just yet, but enough for her to try to break the kiss. This is getting creepy, bro.]

[He allows the kiss to be broken, but he won't let her pull away from him without some effort. All in the blink of an eye, his grip on her turns volatile, nails seeking to bite into flesh around her neck.

Karkat starts laughing. Its an amused chuckle, pleased with both himself and the turn of events.]

Hey hey, what's wrong Pyrope? We're just getting started.

[That's when the last of the Thief effect fades away, and she realizes that he used his abilities on her. Not to help her, but to manipulate her, and she feels a sudden rush of revulsion as she finally breaks away from him and backs up.]

What the fuck is wrong with you?

Where do you think you're going?

[Karkat pursues her without hindrance, reaching at his hips for both of his sickles. A manic grin has settled on his face, tongue sliding across his fangs in a predatory fashion.]

C'mon, Pyrope. What're you afraid of? It ain't gonna hurt for long. I'll make it quick.

...maybe. Heheheh.

[Is this really happening? Really? Are all cerulean bloods this insane? She backs up further, trying to reach her dropped cane. Really, he doesn't have much on her. He's not particularly strong and her role makes her immune to his stupid vision eightfold, and as far as she's aware, he can't steal an emotion unless he's actually touching her.

She hesitates as she finally reaches the cane. It only takes a split second to go through each possibly decision and choice and outcome in her mind. She knows that if she reaches for it, he'll charge her. She won't be fast enough to dodge, or to just grab it and run, but the next decision clicks: If she can grab the cane fast enough and shove him back with it, he'll be thrown off and she can get away. So she leans down, snatching it up.]

[Karkat indeed pursues her, as she predicted, with the sound of metal scraping metal as both sickles slide against one another. No, he's not at all strong, but he's definitely pretty fast.

So the cerulean will rake both scythes upward to try and cut her throat, or any other piece of skin he can reach.]

[She brings her cane up to meet the sickles, stepping forward to push him back as hard as she can.]

[Sure enough, it throws all of his weight way off balance, causing him to stumble backwards against the wall. He catches himself with a low growl, nails scraping along the wall as he chucks a sickle blindly at Terezi, instead attempting to stand and reach for any piece of Terezi he can grab with another delayed charge.

If he can just hold her still, maybe he can focus long enough to hold her in place and kill her.]

[She knows that's coming, but she's not quite quick enough, and the sickle opens a gash along her cheek. She sucks in a sharp breath, stepping out of the way of his charge at the last second in another attempt to throw him off balance. If she manages that, she'll try to bring the head of her cane down on the back of his skull.]

[Karkat keeps his balance fairly well, but it doesn't stop Terezi from cracking him in the shoulders. He swears viciously and drops his other weapon, slipping and attempting to snap his hand around her cane if she leaves it too long.]

[She snatches the cane out of his reach and backs up again, brow furrowed. Unfortunately, he's blocking the stairs. Maybe talking herself out of this will be the better way to go.]

Karkat... You're really scaring me.

[Karkat grins widely, eyelids lowering in a predatory fashion.]

I can fix that.

[Again, she feels a rush of disgust, but she tries to keep it in check lest he sense it, and keeps her voice level, even a little meek.]

What's wrong with you?

Actually...I've never felt better.

[He's too distracted to reach for his sickles again, but he's getting ready to try and corner her.]

You aren't acting right.

[Her voice is high and a little childish, something she's betting he'd see right through normally. But with the way he's acting, who knows? She slows slightly, letting him draw closer, because she knows if she gets one good hit in, she'll be able to push past him and bolt.]

You're just not thinking clearly...

[The grin goes a bit lopsided and there's a noticeable distortion of focus for a moment on his behalf. Terezi's mind abilities make her immune to his form of mind control, but that won't stop him from trying.]

[It might not work, but she still senses it, and she has to struggle against the sudden surge of anger she feels. As soon as he's close enough, she raises her cane, aiming a quick, brutal crack to the top of his head.]

[And that certainly does the trick. He stumbles blindly before falling to the floor entirely with a groan of pain. Well, its not exactly as if he didn't deserve it.

The worst part about it is that it seems to only encourage him. He's dizzy and he can't reach her, but he's rolling on the floor to try and stand and regain his bearings.]

No no no no no no no no! Wait!

[NOPE, totally booking it. The Tower probably has something to do with this, but it doesn't make any of it less fucked up.]
