Characters: [OU] Master Xehanort and potential victims
Setting: Anywhere you are
Format: I'll match whatever. Action is fine, the old coot just wanted to WORDS for his first post.
Summary: Old man goes out to explore the tower and runs into everyone who never wanted to run into him ever. And maybe some people who did.
Warnings: It's Xehanort. Everything is fair game. KH cast I apologize in advance...

Pacing, pacing. Back and forth. Something had gone wrong, something that he - how laughable, that - hadn't planned for. A random, stray element, that .00001 chance of something coming up. Whatever it was, it had catastrophic effects. His fingers curled and uncurled as he ran through options, through possibilities.

No matter. He was still there. He would find another way. The X-Blade was simply one path to Kingdom Hearts, after all...

He turned on his heel, coat swishing and hands clasping behind his back in that practiced and comfortable way, heading out down the hall. Footsteps even, measured. Making a mental map. Memorizing every step, so that even if he couldn't see or hear he would still be able to find his way.

If this was where he was going to stay, he would make it service him. It was simply a matter of learning its secrets.

Hm... that... told her a little but not a lot. An apprentice was more than just a student, and a master not just a teacher... She wasn't really sure

That in and of itself made her hesitate. She had just met this person, barely knew anything about him besides that he was a teacher, he'd mistaken her for Ven - just like Vanitas had - and besides, Aqua had already said she'd teach her, right? It couldn't hurt to step back, a little.

"I-I'm fine, really," she stammered, "I've just never heard of anything like it, before." Until just recently, at least.

Already the gears were turning and how to best recover was in effect. He bowed a bit, keeping the same smile as before. Appearances, appearances.

"My apologies, if I have made you uncomfortable."

Perhaps for now it was better to let the young man be. A riddle that was so quickly solved was not much of a riddle at all. There would be other times and other opportunities.

He slipped back into his hunched walking posture, starting to turn towards the door. "I'll take my leave now... but if you do have any other questions, my door is open."

A large part of it was more her inherent skittishness than anything, living most of her life in the Organization. She'd pushed it a little today, wanting to learn things, but now... now it was just better to retreat a little.

She didn't say anything until he made his offer. Her head jerked up a little, before she looked down again, and nodded. She would keep it in mind for the future.

She hesitated, before asking one final question. A rather crucial one, if she did ever perhaps want to take him up on his offer. "Um... one more thing... who are you?"

[[ooc; Sorry this took so long... orz Also I re-checked some Days canon and by the looks of it the criteria to seeing her default appearance actually isn't too high, more like just acknowledging her as her own individual person and not just a thing/tool (I think), so he could probably start seeing through to her normal appearance, if you want.]]

He stopped, turning back to him for a moment. Better to seem the proper sort now and at least establish a good rapport with Xion if nothing else.

"Xehanort," he said simply. "Good day to you, Xion."
