Summary: Xue wakes up and has one hell of a headache, decides she needs to check the place out.

One moment Xue was looking over the horizon from atop one of the many tall mountains in the Storm Peaks, enjoying a good keg of Dragonfire Ale, and then the next she passes out, gets told some crazy story in her dreams... was it a dream? And then she ends up in an odd room with a collar around her neck... Somehow this seems oddly familiar to the times she fought the pirates of the South Seas.

Nonetheless, Xue's never been one to stay still no matter what messed up place she ends up at, she had enough wacky and crazy when dealing with the Old Gods.

Xue finally leans up, rubbing her head and opening her eyes hazily, it all seems like a bad case of taking the wrong drink or smelling some bad incense or whatever. "Oy, remind me ta nawt trust a Vrykul womon when it be comin' ta drinks..."

Of course she wasn't expecting an answer, if her 'dream was true, she was somewhere entirely different...

Guess it was time to put her exploration skills to work then. The troll female looked around and found that the trunk at the foot of her bed held most of her belongings and a pleasant surprise, Sweetfang, her Venomhide Ravasaur hatchling was sleeping soundly, nuzzled against the rest of the things.

"Now 'ow did ya git yerself in there hm?" she said as she picked up the hatchling and nuzzled it against her. After a moment, she placed it down and beckoned it to follow her, she'd be damned if she left him alone while she was out trying to figure things out.

"Don't tink terrible does dem justice, but that be a good'a word as any mon." Xue said with a small smile.

She supposed ending up here kind of liberated her from having to deal with the Legion and the many other world ending threats Azerothians usually had to face... But what of the threats in this world? It was certainly not harmless...

"Sorry I'm not that good with words..." He smiled back, at least she was sort of safe here... Safe from the legion anyways though there was a hundred other threats...

"I hope none of them come here..."

Xue laughed a bit and shook her head. "Don't worry mon, neitha am I."

"Well, as long as it be da normal ones der shouldn't be no problem... Now da officers an' such... dats a different story. Hope dis tower knows who it's pickin' up."

"I hope so too... Though if the worlds really are ending everyone should be saved, as long as they are taught they should not harm others here..."

After all saving some and letting other perish would be very unjust.

Xue smiled, "Joo must come from a niza world dan mine mon, dat, or I be right 'bout joo an' joo one of dose sweet guys." she added with a wink.

"Not ta say I haven't met mah share of nice demons, or oda 'vile' races dat were turnin' a new leaf, but da Legion is one of dose dat joo gotta see wit joor own eyes an' even den ya gotta be wary."

She smiled and looked at him for a bit... Maybe if more were like him, she wouldn't have had to go through the things she did back home, but that might have been asking for too much.

"I'm not sure... My world... I don't know much about it, I am only just learning about the evils the place I grew up in has perpetrated. I..." He shrugged, "Nezumi calls me a naive airhead and he's right, but still... I'd like to think anyone is redeemable..."

"Joo be right... in dat anyone is redeemable. Da problem always be arisin' when da person doesn't want redemption sweetheart." Xue declared with a small sigh.

"I wouldn't be callin' ya naive... maybe pure of heart. From wat I be knowin' anyway."

Shion sighed and nodded, he suposed she was right. Some people did not wish to change their ways, they were stubborn. Still it didn't feel right that they wouldn't be saved... if that was what this place was for...

He still wasn't sure what he believed. He gave a small smile at her words. "That makes it sound like something from a story."

It didn't fit him at all, knights and heroes from the books in Nezumi's room were pure of heart, naive airhead fit him much better.

Xue game him a small smile and a wink, "Der be different kinda stories mon. And as such, der be different kinda heroes, villains and plots. From da kind 'n gentle spoken hero, to da valiant dragonslayer. But keep in mind dat dose same heroes can be villains in anotha story. Different perspectives on life, different ways ta grow."

She shrugged, "Wat we believe ta be good, ain't always da case for othas yanno?"

Shion nodded, sort of understanding. "It just depends on how the story is told I guess..."

Just like this tower, had they been captured or rescuers. Where they in the hands of kind people who truly couldn't help the horrors that happened here, or cruel people who aimed to cause them harm.

Xue shook her head to shake off the downcast feels. She didn't like staying in the negatives for long and much preferred a much livelier scene.

She moved closer and placed a simple kiss on Shion's head, (If he didn't move back too quickly.) "But hey mon, least wit people like joo, it ain't too bad o' a place. Might get used ta it quick-like."

Shion blushed but didn't move away. He smiled, "I hope you do, I don't think any place is too bad if there are people who you call friends there."

"True enuff mon. Makes anyting worthwhile." Xue smiled and crossed her arms. "Woulda been nice ta have da old team 'round too, but meeting and getting ta know new people's good too!"

"Maybe they will turn up, even people from the same world tend to appear at different times to each other." He smiled again.

"Kinda figured since I've heard der be a few friend groups 'round. It'd be pretty nice if someone did show up but I ain't holdin' mah breath mon. Bettah ta think I gotta chug it alone dan hope fer one of da crew ta show up haha."

She grinned, "Besides, knowin' dem lot, deyd prolly get 'emselves killed wit how hard headed dey be."

Shion blinked, "Then it might be for the best, since I think our worlds are safe and therefore your friends."

Xue nodded and laughed, "Yeup, I tink so too mon. 'Sides, dat gives me time ta meet some new peeps. Dey prolly won't be as much a pleasure ta 'ave met like joo, but der might be some worth mah time." she teased playfully.

Shion blushed again, "Most people here are really nice, I am sure you will meet lots of people that you like."

"Aye? Guess I'll be seein' den. I be hopin' it won't be too bad. It can't be as bad as bein' trapped by da Old Gods dat's fer sure."

She visibly shuddered at the thought. The usually calm and collected assassin had one fear, and that was those who dismembered her mother figure and guardian and later on captured and tortured her.

Shion wasn't sure who the Old Gods were but from her shiver he guessed that they were something bad, dangerous, something she feared. "It's alright, I doubt they are here..."

"I be hopin' mon... One can only hope when dey be involved..." she said in an uncharacteristically somber tone.

That however didn't last as she quickly shook those thoughts away, hoping to never have to deal with them again and she smiled at Shion.

"But I be guessin' I should be gettin' ta browsin' da place. I'm hopin' joo won' be a stranja an' come ta visit me often hm?" she playfully teased.

Shion nodded, he would hope for her and hopefully it would not come to pass. He smiled and nodded, "I will, the tower is big but I am sure we will see each other again."

Another smile and then, "Oh I am Shion, what's your name?"

Oh wow, haha XD So much fun they forgot introductions! Whoops!

"I be lookin' forward ta dat~" Xue mused.

"I'm Xue'Kol, I can be honestly sayin' dat it was very pleasant meetin' joo Shion."
