First Tune
Characters: Fado and everyone reading this right now. Yes that means you.
Setting: Room 1-14 and Floor 11
Format: Starting brackets 'cause I'm lazy, but whatever you prefer!
Summary: You standard waking up and being confused about stuff thread. Except Fado is pretty chill. Expect jam sessions.
Warnings: Awesome music.
[Room 1-14]
[This certainly wasn't the most pressing situation Fado had found himself in before; it at least gave him some time to think. In fact, he had already worked on changing into his proper clothes which he was...admittedly surprised to find that he had.
In fact he was admittedly surprised to find that he had been restored to a corporeal form period. Anyone walking into or by the room would find the Sage looking at his clothes inquisitively while his violin lay on his bed.]
[Floor 11]
[As strange as the situation was, it was no time to panic. Anyone venturing near the eleventh floor would hear a violin tune coming from the middle of the floor, and the Kokiri sitting by the waterfall, playing away on his violin.]

I'm sorry, music would totally draw her.
Well, there was no harm in diverting her adventures for the day, , and she strolled over toward the kid playing, ignoring the damp soaking through her short boots.]
Bahaha excellent
Hello there miss; can I help you?
no subject
Nah, just heard you jamming there. That's pretty cool, kid, how long ya been playing?
no subject
[He lowered his violin and held out his bow to gesture.]] Do you play?
no subject
Like she has much room to talk, though, she's just never played for gods.]
Not the violin. [A grin, and a half-turn to show the wickedly sharp axe-bass settled across her back.] This baby's played for royals and, more lately, just me.
The name's Marceline.

Floor 11, of course
Well, Link had been planning on just passing through this floor - wandering about the tower out of boredom - but that song...
He only knows of maybe two people who know that song, so of course is first thought goes straight to one person.
He rushes down the stairs, sliding around a corner to see who it is - expecting a familiar little Korok playing his little leaf cello.
But his face, admittedly, falls when he sees that it's most definitely not a wood sprite.
It's someone else he recognizes, though - and he will most certainly accept that instead.]
... Mr. Fado?
[Head tilt!! He can't see through you - what's goin' on?]
no subject
Well, if it isn't the Hero! [He stood up and bowed towards the child.] To think that it were even posisble that we would meet again!
no subject
[Aaand a head tilt the other way; though he's smiling now.]
You're not all see through, either!
[He's tempted to go over and poke to see if he's just seeing things wrong.]
no subject
And believe you me, I was certainly surprised when I found out.
[
Don't you dare poke him he will embarrass you with romantic violin music the next time you see Tetra--](no subject)

ONE DAY
Floor 11, yep.
She manages to keep her questions reigned in, though. Would be rude to just interrupt, after all. When the song finishes, she clears her throat a bit to announce her presence before speaking.]
You are very talented. That song was lovely.
no subject
He took the compliment with a smile, getting to his feet and taking a small bow.]
Thank you, Princess! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
no subject
You are most welcome. It has been quite some time since I have enjoyed the tune of a violin. Hearing one again comes as a pleasant surprise.
no subject
It's been a long time since I've been able to play for the Royal Family, so I'm glad you've taken enjoyment from it.

[The smile remained on his face, but Fado did tilt his head a bit to look at the kid curiously.] Is everything alright with you? You seem to be a tad ill, if you don't mind me asking.

Floor 11
Fado may hear footsteps. Evil footsteps, and he probably heard them before. Normal, since the Gerudo walking up to him-
...Is the Gerudo who killed him. ]
no subject
When he heard them, his song came to a cacophonous halt as the bow pulled roughly on the strings. A slow turn of his head confirmed his fears, and for a moment he simply stared in shocked silence.]
...Ganondorf.
no subject
[ A low chuckle. Of course he does, dead people tend to remember their murderer. Alas, no matter how much Ganondorf would like to kill him again just because... He has to keep up appearances for now. ]
A pathetic fool serving pathetic Gods...
no subject
Mock me all you like, but those Gods whom you deem pathetic are exactly those who would facilitate your failure time and time again.

floor 11
When he sees the person playing the music, he can't help but stop and stare.
A... Kokiri?!
Briefly, his mind chastises him; he knows all the Kokiri, and he doesn't know who this is, but then he reminds himself that he knows better than that. There are different times, and this may be a Kokiri from his past or his future. It doesn't matter, though. A Kokiri is a Kokiri, right?
So, Link will approach him, Saria's Fairy Ocarina in his hands. He isn't sure if he should interrupt, but... Maybe this is why the song is oddly familiar to him. Maybe it has to do with its likely Kokiri origins. So, after a moment, Link will lift the ocarina to his mouth and join in. He doesn't know the song, but he can improvise well enough by now to put together some kind of accompaniment.]
no subject
Nevertheless, he smiled and continued this song, even changing bits to match better with the ocarina medley. When it neared its ended, he played slowly, ending the last few notes softly. He lowered his violin when he was finished, a wide smile on his face as he bowed his head.]
Such a lovely tune! It's an honor!
no subject
Link bows his head in reply.]
Thank you for letting me join in.

You're very talented for one so young, though I would suppose you have much experience.
