1 Flashback
Characters: Marty, and anyone that wants to talk to a rather down young man
Setting: Somewhere that is NOT his room, because wtf dragon roommate. Okay okay Floor 38 with the new lounge because it's close to the dorms!
Format: Anything
Summary: Marty is just starting to come to terms with where he is and the fact the Doc thinks they destroyed their universe with their time-space shenanigans.
Warning: None. Marty's a good kid.
It was really, really hard thinking you destroyed your universe. Marty had barely been able to eat or sleep much since he arrived her and discovered Doc Brown not far away. It was just too unbelievable. The DeLorean shouldn't have been able to mess things up that badly, and he had always been able to fix things before.
Here, he felt like he couldn't do anything about it, and that just, really pissed him off and depressed him. He wasn't going to get to see his parents, or his brother and sister, or Jennifer for that matter.
Rubbing his face, he walked out into the lounge floor below the dorms, seeking just a quiet place to rest and think. He flopped on a sofa, staring out into the mists below and above, and wondered why the hell they couldn't just, you know, put up one of those holographic windows from 2015. It'd be better than this! It felt like a place between universes with that view.
Settling down with his chin in his hand, he sighed. Hope didn't help much when you were faced with the destruction of a universe.

Though his expression soon sobered as he listened to Marty. "I'm sorry. But the best I can say is, well, people come here at different times. So someone you know could arrive later. I mean, I was here for like five months before my friend Rose came back."

"So... uh, a video game, huh?" The video games back on his Earth were arcade style, 1985 type. The ones he had seen in passing in 2015 looked so freaking awesome though. That was one thing he wished he had done while then; stop and played a video game. "The video games were I come from, you just shoot things."

Besides, he had a freaking dragon for a roommate.

"Huh. That's... pretty wild. So where are you from, originally? You don't mean trolls as in, big ugly monsters, right?"
