Suzaku's Geass wouldn't let him jump towards Psiioniic and the fireballs, as much as he wanted to. So as Disciple leapt to his aid Suzaku dived at Ridley instead, kicking his legs, slashing out again with the sickle, trying to knock him off balance. Distract him, prevent him from firing any more fireballs.
