01 - Much to soon for me to tell - If you're in heaven or in hell
Characters: Mukuro and anyone!
Setting: Room 2-06, then wandering around the Dorm floors.
Format: Post is action, I'm comfortable with both prose and action
Summary: New arrival - and one particularly not happy with this.
Warnings: mixed signals, Mukuro being confusing and annoyed, warped internal monologue, boy gets kind of morbid easily, and he might word-game bat at people.
[Room 2-06]
[For anyone in the room when he woke up, there was a brief few moments after he sat up that were a little less carefully guarded; sitting partway up enough to get bearings, half-lidded, with about the expression of a cat that'd been set in the middle of a room papered in tinfoil. One hand did go to run a finger along the collar and its tubing with a flicker of more - displeasure... as there's a quick glance-over the notes on the nightstand.]
[By the time he sits up fully, he's settled into a more "normal for him" pseudo-calm, as much as the slight smug smile's tinged with irritation. No, this certainly ISN'T where he'd been holed up with Ken and Chikusa, and beyond being kidnapped and in an apparently shared room, the collar is insult to injury - and maybe it's imagination but he looked a bit paler and about 10-15 pounds lighter on the "skin and bones" side of unhealthy a second ago...]
[And he's definitely taking stock of the room and any signs of whoever else is here. No, he won't be happy to find that the other three aren't "his people".]
[Rest of the Dorm floors]
[For someone that's new, he certainly seems to be taking things calmly; sure, the trident he's carrying does look like it's very clearly a weapon, but besides being pretty aware of his surroundings, he doesn't really seem on-guard at all; if anything, he almost seems quietly bored with the dorm areas, although there's an occasional unthinking moment of running a finger along the collar.]
[After all, as unhappy as he might be with this? Letting it get him upset already would serve no purpose; no, better to prowl the area, get his bearings, and get a sense of who and what else is here and what's going on before he starts prodding at things and working on finding out the truth about what he just got hijacked for.]
[After all, if they've made a habit of these kidnappings, he can't be the only one suspicious of this all and less than pleased...]

Hallways
Or it's a really good Halloween costume. There is a small fairy perched on his shoulder, and she pokes him and points to Mukuro walking by, whispering something in his ear while pointing.]I feel some really strange energy from this guy!
[She couldn't explain it more, but the fairies were able to sense some of the person's hearts. Regardless of what she had said, Naoki was now looking at him, silently judging. Probably not too polite, considering, but he never was the model of a perfect Japanese student, and even less when he had become the Demi-fiend.]

[He does seem utterly unbothered by being studied; if anything, almost amused.]
Can I help you?
no subject
Yeah! I wanna know why I'm getting weird energy from you!
[With friends like this, it wasn't surprise that Naoki wasn't all that polite. He gave him a shrug, he felt it too, but he wasn't going to pry like she was.]
Room 2-06 /sobs
His second grief because if they had replaced him.... He wasn't coming back...
He stared at the new person for a moment but managed to nod politely, after all it wasn't his fault...
No one asked to come here.] Hello.
>.>;; I'm sorry.
[Still, there's no reason to really show how ... less than pleased he is; after all, you've got a collar of your own, and as long as you don't make any threatening moves he sees no reason to not take this calmly and see what he can find out... as much as you don't seem any more thrilled to see him than he is you, if in a different way.]
[Although the smile is slightly more strained than usual.] Mmm.
Did Hell redecorate since I was there last?
no subject
It's not hell. [Though it might as well be.] It's a tower, it has no name.
no subject
Do you know where this tower is? [Which, to some degree, only really mattered in terms of who was responsible - and how to get back.]

Have you been here long?

[He shifted to stretch, and did move to check the trunk, albeit never entirely taking his eyes off his "roommate"; he hadn't been expecting much, and honestly was a little surprised they HAD left the Mist Earrings, and the broken-down trident - a boon that was more worrisome than encouraging.]
[Well, somehow he suspected trying to stay somewhere else would be ... not the best idea, which meant he was just going to have to adapt; he settled into at least a more relaxed smile, sitting on the edge of the bed after retrieving folded clothes and the earrings.]
My apologies; I'm sure this must be just as awkward for you. My name is Mukuro Rokudou.
[Because "Six Paths" is a perfectly legitimate last name. :| ]

Is the rest of the room occupied?

If that wasn't enough, the man's soul was... bizarre. There was a single soul, yes, but there were hints and swirls of something (someone?) else. Kuja's curiosity couldn't resist a puzzle like that. The question was, did he know about his odd soul?]
Hello. I presume you're new here?
no subject
[It was enough for curiosity, and at least they seemed like they'd been here longer than he had, as much as it wasn't a hard feat - maybe a way to get a few more answers?]
[He looked over with a polite smile.] Was I that obvious?
no subject
Somewhat. This place is rather... well, small and short of smiles most of the times.
