Characters: Luke, whomever wants to stumble into his hissy fit
Setting: Cafeteria
Format: Either, be consistent, ect
Summary: Luke's stomach does the talking for him. Can you say, "Worst person to be in a black out with"?
Warnings: Cue full on Ambassador Asshat mode!
So, if you happen to be in the vicinity of the Cafeteria, hoping there was some scrap of food that might have been left over from before the power out, you might see a certain red head. Actually, you'll hear him before you see him; he's at the area where you pick up your food, pounding his fists and trying to get someone's attention. Except, you know, there's no one there to give him the time of day, which only makes his temper tantrum worse.
"OY! I'M HERE ON TIME! GIVE ME MY FOOD! GIMME MY FOOD RIGHT NOW!"
He follows his screaming up with a sharp kick... which turns into a swearing stream as he hops around, holding his injured foot. Definitely not the most impressive moment for the almighty Ambassador.

Luke made a face, before whirling around, pointing at whoever this person was.
"You! Let's go! We're going to go find who's in charge of this place!"

So clearly to justify going along with this plan yet not listening to a command Leon needed to restate it. "We're just going to go find who's in charge of this place!" .. Clearly this was better. Either way, as he was already half walking off, he suddenly realised.. ".. Wait, where the hell do you think the person in charge of this place even is?"

"I-I don't know! But we'll find them somewhere!"

"That's it!"

"Wait, what's it..?! Did you figure something out just now?"

"The people that run this place! They have to be on one of the dangerous floors! How else is it that no one's seen them before?"
no subject
".. Don't tell me you want to go there to look for them now..! That's almost suicide!"

Leon was raising his voice just a little, since it wasn't hard at all to get this guy riled up.

Luke was so determined about this... he was obviously right! It made perfect sense!

"How are you so sure..? Other people say it's dangerous all the time too, right? They wouldn't say that if nothing had happened to them there!"

...because that argument has worked so well in the past. He paused after a moment, before tugging at the collar around his neck.
"Besides, maybe that's why we have these. These mark us as not part of the staff, right? So maybe whatever's dangerous reacts to these?"
It sounded right in his head.

Apparently this had somehow turned into an ego-off, although Leon had to admit that his latter argument did sound somewhat convincing, so it was enough to calm him down just a little. "... But.. I don't know, that last part sounds like it might be right, but I still wouldn't want to risk my life over it..! Can't we send someone else to go instead of us?!"

"Ambassador to the people of Akzeriuth, of course," he replied, as if Leon was supposed to know that already. "...and what's baseball?"
Leon did have a point; they wouldn't get anywhere if they were the ones to risk their lives and end up dead. But he didn't exactly feel comfortable letting someone else go and risk their life either. He frowned... before snapping his fingers.
"We should figure out how to get the collars off."

"You can get these things off?" It would honestly seem like a good thing to him, wearing a collar reminded him of an experience he'd rather not think of. "How could we ever figure that out though? There isn't any sort of opening on them!"
