Characters: Kyuubey and YOU.
Setting: Everywhere.
Format: Wevs is good!
Summary: A small, adorable creature wakes up in the tower of souls and decides to go exploring~. Nothing could possibly go wrong in this situation.
Warnings:Possible Inevitable spoilers for Madoka Magica.
[First scenario: in room 1-13] The immobility? That wasn't really a big deal. The strange bed? Nope. Comfy, kinda. It could have done with some more cushions, but that was personal taste and easily dismissed. Kyuubey sat up and stretched the moment it sensed a response from its body, and looked around with a few quick turns of its fluffy head. Its tail lashed back and forth absently, and it just. Sat there. Unblinking, thoughtful. It didn't need to check the trunk, and it had seen the note from the bed. Rescued, huh? Is this what the new universe looked like, or was this some remnant of the old one? Did it still have a job to do? Hmm, it sure was a puzzler! About two hours later, it scrambled to its feet and darted out of the door.
[Second scenario: in the tower] A white flash darted to and fro, slipping between shadows and stone, red eyes flashing out at anything noteworthy. When it spotted someone promising, it would run out, slower, easier to see, and either accidentally wind up in their path, or just pattering alongside them with little cat-like steps for a couple of metres. Testing, observing.

Second option!
He stops walking and crouches down to stare at Kyuubey.]
What are you, little guy? [He hesitantly reaches out to pet Kyuubey, to see if it was hostile or not.]

Well. Close enough to a cat. And Katusya's allergies weren't acting up just yet, so he thought it might be safe enough to kneel down to get a better look at it.]
I haven't seen an animal like you before.

Fortunately, bad judgment doesn't factor into being followed! That is straight-up survival instinct. As soon as another presence starts shadowing her steps, she turns to face it.
Oh, in addition to bad judgment and good survival instincts, she also has a chainsaw. This is not a very good combination of things.
She holds the weapon at the ready, but doesn't rev it. Eventually she finds the other being in the vicinity.
...squiiiiint.]

2nd scenario
Was that a blip of red? Bright red, like someone's eyes caught by a camera at a wrong angle. Sayaka stops in her tracks, and rubs at the corners of her vision. She still felt as worn down as the tower looked, days later. She was probably just seeing things...

Then again, so is the universe, so today's just full of surprises. For a brief, potentially unwise second, Kyuubey stops to regard her with bright, unblinking eyes. It doesn't feel surprise, but the influx of thoughts and possibilities emulate its paralysing effects well enough.

OPTION TWO - Library? Because always the freaking library with Yuri.
Some areas were still a bit of a mess from all the shaking and the chaos in general, so she was simply... helping to tidy up. It wasn't necessary, and it wasn't her job. But it kept her with something to do for a little while, at least.
Then she noticed something darting around. Something not human.
Instinctively she was on guard, her transformation device gripped firmly in her palm as she spun, trying to seek out the source.
library it is!

the tower
... Err, but nothing in Tower is safe is it. Before anything, she should check if it can speak. It has a collar on, so the chances were pretty high. ]

Second! Let's start it with an elevator ride? ^^
The only problem, he'd found, was that the morgue floor immediately above it was rather unsettling torn up as it was, and he'd rather take the shorter route from the twenty-first floor even though the restaurant still gave him chills, knowing what it could and would do, all for the sake of a meal that was perhaps more familiar, or could include alcohol.
No matter. It was in ruins, too. Just another floor of the tower. Even if it made him angrier than he liked, or uncomfortable, better that than the pieces of corpses all over the twenty-sixth going the other way. So he stepped into the elevator, and was surprised at the sudden movement of something small and white rushing in behind him.
He looked down at the strange creature - a collar? So it was a resident, whatever it was. Did it talk? It looked...somewhat similar to the cheagle he'd helped that young man name.
"Hello..."
Oh boy!
"Hullo."
And Word of Mod gets us off to a -great- start. Glad I asked them about the elevators.
I'm scared to ask...
They'll feel and sound unsafe but won't actually break or fall

Tower; And late as always, Eq
[He blinked. Last he checked, there wasn't any cats in the tower, let alone a white one. Of course, he's pretty sure that a cat doesn't have those kind of ears, and neither do they have scarlet orbs for their eyes. A human reaction upon seeing such a strange creature would be to be wary of it. Though Kyousuke isn't... exactly the brightest in terms of thinking.]
Are you lost?
