[001] intro post; open!

Characters: Axel and anyooooooneeee /ghost noises
Setting: Dorm room hallways.
Format: Whatever you want!
Summary: Axel's just ditched his dorm room and is trying to look like he knows where he's going wandering around the hallways, looking for some info.
Warnings: Possible mild cursing?

Confusion and panic tend to go hand in hand, but Axel's not going to let that be the case for him.

After stuffing the letters he'd found in one pocket of his cloak, Axel had been quick to get out of the room he'd woken up in. He'd taken note of the number on the door on his way out, so that he could be sure of where he needed to head back to- afterall, that trunk seemed to have his stuff in it, among a few other things- and then gotten to searching up and down the halls for a familiar face, or better yet, someone who looked like they were in a position of authority.

And that's where he still is now, getting increasingly impatient and frustrated with himself for not actually knowing what the hell else to do.

Still, no need to stress. There had to be someone around with enough of a brain to answer his questions.

Just a matter of finding them.

I'm pretty sure I am contractually obligated to post here

Down b good ol' dorm room 1-16 was what might be a sight for sore eyes. But, the blonde seemed to be intensely staring at the room door for whatever reason, hand on the knob but hesitating completely. Every time he went in his room, he had to wax paranoid about if Eiji was going to be on the other side. Which made him feel silly...this situation was dragging on far too long, in his opinion. His reactions were usually fight, not flight, but something about the tower just put him ill at ease.

A cursory glance down either end of the hallway apparently did nothing for his already-shot nerves. Rox's jaw went slack, eyes wide when he spotted that goddamn cloak, flinging the door open wide and rushing in the room. The slam of the door closing echoed through the hall, and he pressed his back against the door, as if it'd actually help him keep from having to deal with this. First that Naminé girl, now this?

Maybe the cloaked guy hadn't heard or seen him at all. Futile hope, but a last-ditch effort to keep from a total freakout.

Damnit. Damnit, damnit, damnit, damnit, damnit. ...damnit.

At the very least his room seemed to be empty, or there would be an even worse scenario he'd be facing. If that was possible. He kept his back braced against the door, as if he was waiting for the guy to try and fight the door open any second. Why did he feel so amped up with this guy?

"Go away!" It didn't sound as commanding as he would have liked, and Roxas puffed a loud breath of air, trying again. "I don't know you!"

But that familiar twisting in his guts...Naminé had said he might be missing some memories. "Or, I...don't think I do." He relaxed against the door, turning around and opening it a crack to peer out at the redhead. He was more than ready to slam it shut, and looked just about as tense as someone can when viewed through a cracked door.

"You're...Axel, right?"

Roxas stepped back from the door, opening it after a moment. He was trying very hard not to fidget, but it wasn't exactly working out right. However, he did give in to his own snarky bitterness, glancing back at the door. "...waking up in a tower with a bunch of violent people isn't exactly the best time to go around and being friendly." More to himself than to Axel, but it was a pretty satisfying grump to get out of his system.

"I don't know if I remember so much as..." Was he really going to talk to this guy? Ugh, whatever. Part of him wanted to, so he might as well vaguely explain the situation. "Someone told me I'm missing some memories. That's true, right?" Rox might have sounded the slightest bit needy there, but confirmation was all he was running on these days.
