Room 02-19



[Lancer wakes up feeling strange. Scratch that, just the fact he had woken up feeling like he had come out of a deep sleep was odd in and of itself. He had never needed much sleep, even as a living human. In the Tower, he had contended himself with only dozing off lightly.]

Ugh...

[Another point of contention is the room. This is definitely not his room, as he can see from the way that the beds are furnished. And this is definitely not his bed given the distinct lack of beer cans around the foot of the bed.]

What the...

[As he shifts to get out of his bed, his body feels strange, as if its balance is not quite right. He looks down at his body, and barely holds himself back from squeaking.]

[Holy shit! A girl! He was a girl! Or, at least, he was according to those breasts he was not sporting.]

I'm...

[He hops out of bed. At this point, information begins to more or less funnel into his brain. Class: Ruler, Strength: B, Agility: A...One by one, her stats appear in his mind; no, it is more like he reflexively knows it. This is his body now.]

[Strength is less than what he's used to, but speed seemed to be the same. A big grin spreads on his face when he realizes he has much better luck than he was ever used to having. It only gets bigger when when he realizes she has an A+++ Noble Phantasm. Even if he didn't plan on using it, it sounded like a pretty sweet deal.]

[And come to think of it, Ruler was a girl, so she was rooming with other girls, right? At this point, Lancer's grin threatens to split his face in two. Oh yeah, he could definitely work with this.]

[He didn't plan on being in Ruler's body forever, but he could live with it for a while. In fact, he was gonna have some fun.]

Cafeteria



[The blonde girl in armor is giving a bright, and some would say seductive, smile to anyone who passes by her.]

Hello, who might you be?

[Men or women, it does not matter. This is Lancer's only chance to score as a girl...and "she" isn't gonna let it go to waste.]

Block 1 and Block 2



[Just because she has a new body doesn't mean Lancer is remaining still. She can be found doing several things in places throughout the tower.]

1. Relaxing in one of the safer floors. Who knew the Tower had such nice swimming pools, or such beautiful forests? She certainly feels better here than she has ever felt since her initial arrival.

2. Glaring at the art on Floor 22. God, whoever runs this place has no taste.

3. Cathedral. Lancer didn't want to come here, but it was like she had been compelled to by this body. She sighs and sits down in one of the pews. At least it wasn't creepy like Sancraid's church from back home. Now, if only she could get the memories of actually being Ruler out of her head.

4. Outside the morgue. Lancer growls in annoyance as she stares at the monster chasing her. Usually, she wouldn't even peeped in a nasty-smelling place like that and thus never attracted the thing's attention, but usually, she wouldn't be distracted by memories of being a peasant girl from France.

Day 2 Prompts

Infirmary



[Lancer is standing in the infirmary, looking awkward. She doesn't know how to proceed with this. As a Servant, she shouldn't even be capable of getting sick, but this cough refused to go away.]

Day 3 Prompts



[Lancer spends much of this day curled up in the Church, reciting the Lord's Prayer over and over again. Even though the words should be foreign to her, it is like she knows them by heart.]

[The memories she still retained from her old self told her that she had wronged Ruler. The new memories slowly invading her mind told her she had done worse: she had sinned. She had offended God. So here she was, confessing and begging for forgiveness. Not just from Ruler or the girl's friends, but from a higher power.]

[At first, she had tried to resist those urges. After all, she wasn't Ruler. Ruler was the Saint. Ruler prayed. Lancer was the guy who ran around every day causing a maximum amount of havoc. But this newest memory had broken her down.]

[Toward the end of her life, Ruler had been betrayed, imprisoned, and interrogated. She had held out, of course; she hadn't been a Hero for nothing. But it had mentally more or less violated her. And in the end, she had been tricked into a confession.]

[Yeah, he felt like shit now for messing around in her body.]

[He wanted to apologize to someone, anyone. Just apologize and apologize until he could be forgiven.]

[And who better to forgive you than God?]

[Lancer too lets her eyes rest on the other woman. Physically, she seems to be just Lancer's type. Young, but not too young. A dark beauty that seemed to carry a proud air.]

Servant. [Her fingers came up, stroking down Lancer's borrowed cheek in a soft gesture] Whom do you serve, beautiful Ruler?

[She reaches up so that her fingers are running down the back of the other woman's hand.]

The Holy Grail. I suppose I could get another Master too, but not for now.

[And probably not ever. Not until she could get over Misaya, at least.]

[Her hand hesitated. Holy Grail? Her fingers didn't burn on her skin, so she wasn't divine... at least, in the same way the other blonde in her life was. But it was worrying to hear her in service to something holy]

Does it suit you? To play servant to it?

[Even though she's playing at being Ruler, the Grail still elicits a passionate response from Lancer.]

Yeah, sure, I've met lots of cool people and been given a second chance at life, but the Grail itself can go rot. It's just not worth the trouble some people are putting into it.

[... oh she had to nibble. This was too precious. Catarina leaned in to give Lancer a kiss, extending her senses to see just how strong and delicious her life force really was]

[Since this is a borrowed body, the resulting sensation will feel rather strange. The lifeforce of course, is rather strong, but nothing human. It is pure prana, or magical energy. Should she be able to sense a person's soul, the first sensation she would receive would be that of the original inhabitant, something holy and pure, too pure, in fact. But that would pass within seconds, replaced by another sensation, one not of divinity, but of something very much part of this world. A force of nature, as it were. Something like a wild beast, howling for blood.]

[Meanwhile, Lancer, for her part, eagerly kisses back, enveloping her lips around Catarina's. She runs her tongue lightly across Catarina's lips, as if knocking on a door to ask permission to enter.]

[Interesting. It was disconcerting, feeling the burn of divinity before feeling something wild against her senses. But what was before her wasn't human, not in the least. Not that it mattered, as she had tasted non-humans before. It was still... interesting. Made her wonder how long she could go before getting hungry again.]

[Catarina opened her lips, flicking her own tongue against Lancer's playfully. Her hand slid up to that hair, cupping her head to pull her closer]

[Lancer's fingers run through Catarina's silky hair as she leans closer. Their tongues touch briefly point to point. She does not yet notice any possible drain on her prana supply.]

[Mm, tasty prana. But this wouldn't be enough. She would need... more. Catarina broke the kiss to trail little ones across her cheek, then her tongue against her ear before speaking into it]

Think we should find a more comfortable location, Ruler?

[That place was the last thing she would associate with relaxing, but it was quiet and isolated. After all, most people didn't go out of their way to take peeks at their ruined worlds.]

[Catarina followed, making sure to distract her partner by lifting the hand to her mouth and giving it a lingering kiss with a touch of tongue across the skin]

Fifth floor!

[The two of them get up the stairs fast enough, and once they get into the area of the viewing scopes, Lancer starts backing Catarina up against a wall.]

[Catarina allowed it for now, her hands coming around to her back to trace Lancer's spine. She instantly opened her mouth for a deep kiss, opening her senses to feed on her again. Only a kiss, so the prana drain wasn't too bad, though she certainly wished for a more violent rip of life]

[Lancer eagerly accepts the invitation, pressing her mouth to Catarina's in a much stronger kiss than before. Her tongue goes right into her partner's open mouth.]

[She moved her hands up to Lancer's neck, and briefly considered- yes, it would be too easy to break this human's neck. And the divinity that somehow resided within her wasn't anything like the angelic divinity that kept her from freeing herself from that damned girl. She could touch her, could hurt her. Just a squeeze- no, not yet. Her hands trailed back down across her front, reaching for clothed breasts. She hadn't fed enough yet]

[At this point, the prana drain starts registering in Lancer's mind. She breaks off the kiss and pulls back, but makes no motion to stop Catarina's hand.]
