Characters: Yuuto von Kidou and you!!
Setting: October 12th! Around the Tower.
Format: Action 4ever but I'll follow!! I suck at prose though as a warning.
Summary: Trick-or-Treat!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also he's being a grumpy-grump feel free to pick on him.
Warnings: Irritated Vampire Kidou being unamused with the tower and cranky (also because I'm awesome tags will come from vampenguin for this event!! Vampire icons aww yeah)

[So he's not entirely looking for candy. He's just picking up candy as he sees it while going about his business throughout the tower. He's kind of embarrassed to have to collect candy... it's a bit childish to him. He never really celebrated Halloween after he was adopted into the Kidou family, and he couldn't remember if he did anything special for it when he still lived with his biological parents... Either way, he was pretty sure dressing up and getting candy was something that was meant for kids.


So, he seems a bit angry when he picks up candies and places them in his bucket, letting out exasperated sighs every now and then.

At least he wasn't the only one in costume....]

Kidou! Do you need any candy still?

Despite the embarrasing costume , Tohko was having a lot of fun gathering up candies. She only needed four or five more to fill her quota, and even though it was a little lonely gathering them by herself, it was fun exploring the tower and gathering as she went.

However, when she saw a boy in a vampire costume, she thought she might be able to fix that small problem.

"Hello! How are you? How goes the candy hunt?"

[His costume looks a little suaver than Lancer's. Then again, it didn't take much to find something more suave than Kigurumi.]

[Staring at that bucket full..]


...you only need fifteen pieces, Genda.

... Well, sure - but what if you guys need candy? I thought I'd just pick up whatever I find.

Wouldn't it be better to work together for this sort of thing?

[... Speaking of, that bucket's awfully scarce, Keeds. Have a piece or two.]

After noticing this girl was talking to him, Kidou offers her a small smile.

"It's going alright... looking for candy like this isn't really something I want to be doing right now, but since it was set up by the administrators, it can't really be helped."

He looks into his little bucket for a moment before turning his attention back to the girl.

"I don't think I've seen you around the tower before, are you a new arrival?"

[He lets out a little sigh but smiles.]

Yeah, working together probably would be a good idea. Speaking of which, have you seen Sakuma or Fudou around yet? I haven't seen them for a few days...

[vampenguin]

Yeah, it looks like just about everyone is in a costume.

[whatpenguin]

Mm, not yet.
I can keep an eye out for you, if you'd like.

They're probably just fine though, knowing those two.

"Yeah..I guess being forced to do this isn't good. Especially when you die, but the small amount of joy you get when finding a piece of candy is nice. And if you can find enough candy, you can avoid death, so that's good."

Tohko noticed another piece of candy on the floor, and she quickly picked it up and put it in her bucket before replying.

"Yes. I'm the book girl, Tohko Amano. Who are you, if you don't mind my asking?"

You're probably right.

[He smiles again and actually takes a good look at Genda's costume.]

A king, huh? The administrator's picked a pretty fitting costume for you.

Tch. They could've at least given me a good one. I look like an idiot in these.

[Oh - fff, no; Genda laughs a bit, waving it off.]

No, I wouldn't say that - that title's so old now that Endou's taken the spotlight.
I will say though, I know why you like wearing capes, Kidou.

[Huhuhu. 'v' That's said as he lifts the edge of it up with a grin.]

"A lot of things here are 'do it or die', it's something you start to get used to."

He sighs and crosses his arms over his chest.

"Kidou Yuuto. It's a pleasure to meet you, Tohko."

"I guess so.." Tohko sighed. That sounded pretty horrid, but since you didn't technically die here, it might have been alright. Maybe.

"Nice to meet you too, Kidou...oh! Did you want that piece of candy? I'll give it to you." Without another word, Tohko put the piece into Kidou's bucket. It looked like he needed it more. Besides, she was being rather lucky with the candy today.

[He lets out a little "pff" sound as he holds back a laugh]

A lot of people think capes are silly and hard to move around in but they're actually not that bad. [Don't diss the cape until you try it is the lesson here]

I don't entirely mind my own costume, to be honest. I could have been stuck in something much worse... though I wish they left my hair alone. [That being said as he tucks a strand of his hair behind his ear.]

Well.. it could be worse. [Though he'll agree that's a pretty ridiculous costume]

At least you're not a princess or something else even more embarrassing, right?

"Ah... you don't have to give me any of your candy." She's the second person today to give him some of their candy... he can't help but wonder why.

[tohko_amano]

"Oh well. What's done is done. Besides, I can find some more later on. You looked a little empty-handed." Tohko smiled.

[vampenguin]

"Well.. thank you." Perhaps he should step up his candy game before it got too late...

"So, Tohko, how long have you been in the Tower?" He tilts his head slightly.

[puppy_lancer]

...Yeah, there's always that. Though the few girls I've seen in princess skirts look pretty cute.

...is that so? [Sounds a bit unamused]

Well, I think so. Shame that they're only Tower-provided costumes. I'd like to see them dress like that more.

What if they're not comfortable in their costumes?

"Hey, no problem. If you want to go candy-hunting together, I'd be happy to join you. If you wanted." Tohko scratched her head. "I've been in here..since the fifth. How about you?"
