Setting: October 12th! Around the Tower.
Format: Action 4ever but I'll follow!! I suck at prose though as a warning.
Summary: Trick-or-Treat!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also he's being a grumpy-grump feel free to pick on him.
Warnings: Irritated Vampire Kidou being unamused with the tower and cranky (also because I'm awesome tags will come from vampenguin for this event!! Vampire icons aww yeah)

[So he's not entirely looking for candy. He's just picking up candy as he sees it while going about his business throughout the tower. He's kind of embarrassed to have to collect candy... it's a bit childish to him. He never really celebrated Halloween after he was adopted into the Kidou family, and he couldn't remember if he did anything special for it when he still lived with his biological parents... Either way, he was pretty sure dressing up and getting candy was something that was meant for kids.


So, he seems a bit angry when he picks up candies and places them in his bucket, letting out exasperated sighs every now and then.

At least he wasn't the only one in costume....]

... Well, sure - but what if you guys need candy? I thought I'd just pick up whatever I find.

Wouldn't it be better to work together for this sort of thing?

[... Speaking of, that bucket's awfully scarce, Keeds. Have a piece or two.]

[He lets out a little sigh but smiles.]

Yeah, working together probably would be a good idea. Speaking of which, have you seen Sakuma or Fudou around yet? I haven't seen them for a few days...

Mm, not yet.
I can keep an eye out for you, if you'd like.

They're probably just fine though, knowing those two.

Despite the embarrasing costume , Tohko was having a lot of fun gathering up candies. She only needed four or five more to fill her quota, and even though it was a little lonely gathering them by herself, it was fun exploring the tower and gathering as she went.

However, when she saw a boy in a vampire costume, she thought she might be able to fix that small problem.

"Hello! How are you? How goes the candy hunt?"

After noticing this girl was talking to him, Kidou offers her a small smile.

"It's going alright... looking for candy like this isn't really something I want to be doing right now, but since it was set up by the administrators, it can't really be helped."

He looks into his little bucket for a moment before turning his attention back to the girl.

"I don't think I've seen you around the tower before, are you a new arrival?"

[tohko_amano]

"Yeah..I guess being forced to do this isn't good. Especially when you die, but the small amount of joy you get when finding a piece of candy is nice. And if you can find enough candy, you can avoid death, so that's good."

Tohko noticed another piece of candy on the floor, and she quickly picked it up and put it in her bucket before replying.

"Yes. I'm the book girl, Tohko Amano. Who are you, if you don't mind my asking?"

"A lot of things here are 'do it or die', it's something you start to get used to."

He sighs and crosses his arms over his chest.

"Kidou Yuuto. It's a pleasure to meet you, Tohko."

[tohko_amano]

"I guess so.." Tohko sighed. That sounded pretty horrid, but since you didn't technically die here, it might have been alright. Maybe.

"Nice to meet you too, Kidou...oh! Did you want that piece of candy? I'll give it to you." Without another word, Tohko put the piece into Kidou's bucket. It looked like he needed it more. Besides, she was being rather lucky with the candy today.

[His costume looks a little suaver than Lancer's. Then again, it didn't take much to find something more suave than Kigurumi.]

Yeah, it looks like just about everyone is in a costume.

Tch. They could've at least given me a good one. I look like an idiot in these.

Well.. it could be worse. [Though he'll agree that's a pretty ridiculous costume]

At least you're not a princess or something else even more embarrassing, right?

[Hey there Keeds, looks like your sousuii's been forced into a costume and is poking around as well!

Not for candy, mind you. His arm. He woke up without it.]

[Kidou notices Kageyama and runs over to greet him. Though when he gets close enough, he notices how his not!father's skin was... decaying... and that he was missing an arm. It gets him to stop and stare at him with wide, almost scared eyes.]


K-Kageyama-sousuii....?

[He lifts his head with a little grunt to see who's talking but - oh, it's Kidou.]

... Good evening, Kidou.
I hope your collecting is going well.

[His wasn't, clearly.]

A-Are you okay? Please tell me that's just part of your costume...

[ Don't mind the fact that someone's trailing behind you, Kidou - at first she's pretty sneaky about it, either way, she's pretty quiet so it's hardly even noticable.. but after a bit he might notice his bucket is starting to get fuller more quickly than should happen, so if he looks behind him by then he might notice..

... someone in a chainsaw killer costume. Including hockey mask and chainsaw, yes. But the stature of the person and the hair give away it's Urotsuki, she's just trying to help him out in her own way.. without even saying a word, apparently. ]

[He does turn to see who was suddenly shoving candies in his basket, and he recognizes her but seeing that hockey mask makes him wonder... what kind of costume was that even?]


... Yo, Urotsuki. [Water you doing girlfriendo]

Yuuto, good day.

[ She's calm as ever - or rather than calm, it's just.. blank as ever, pretty much. No matter whether she emotes or doesn't emote though, it seems weird either way with the costume. At least she doesn't seem to mind Kidou's.. ]

I thought I'd make sure you have enough candy. .. Is this enough already..?

This is more than enough. [Well he's still missing some pieces but he was going to take out a piece or two and put them in her basket.]

Focus on getting candy for yourself, okay? I don't want something bad happening to you.

[Wow, grumpiness this close to Halloween?! NOT ALLOWED because Halloween is totally the best holiday even in a murder tower. John has also been forced into costume and is gathering candy with no complaint. Sure, this isn'tt he costume he would have picked but...]

[He hears Kidou before he sees him, and approaches the other boy, arms folded over his chest and bucket in hand.]

Careful, if you can't contain that excitement of yours, you may blow up.
