[Death paralysis sucked. The last thing she knew was she was being crushed by her costume, and now she was staring at the ceiling, unable to move. Minutes pass, making her more and more angry and scared. Ten minutes finally pass, and she wrenched herself out of her bed as soon as she could, stumbling to the hallway with a strange weight on her chest and throat. Catarina looked around, her mouth curled in a strange scared angry snarl, trying to find a face she recognized]

The Arch's beam was all that contained such energy, and, naturally, it being energy, the acid couldn't dissolve it. The swing of the beam did, unfortunately, carry the liquid that came its way up with it, to spatter over the lower half of his face and jaw.

With an immediate hiss of pain, a hand comes up to cover the new wound. He staggers back for a moment before rushing forward, leaping high into the air to get out of her spray range, and twisting to try landing a blow from the Arch from behind. At this point, though right now the costume's hold had temporarily won, everything in his approach to this was self-defense.

An angel that technically wasn't an angel, even. Enoch stared at her from his place, the acid still burning painfully against his skin. He was lucky it was only a splatter and not a stream.

It was a shower. The only way to dodge it would be...either over it or under it. Enoch ran at her, Arch out, and just as it seemed he was about to strike, stopped and skidded low to slide past her, holding the blades out and hoping to catch her leg in the pass.
