Summary: Minato awakens from his revival, feeling the urge to play and sing. Especially to those who might be feeling a little down...
Warnings: None yet? Other than possibly causing suicides with his singing?

[2-02 (17th)
When he awakened after dying yesterday, he noticed the changes already. His legs feel different and he can actually feel fabric on the top of the metal legs. He checked and saw that his legs truly did became his Persona’s metallic ones. The other change was the lyre on his back.

After getting out of his bed, Minato tested out his new legs with a few steps. Then he slowly take off the lyre, unaware of the visible gashes on his back. When he hold the lyre in his hands, he feel like...playing it and singing it to anyone who can listen. It would be nice to sing a song to fit the mood...

He shook his head, pushing the thought away. Now’s not the time for that. He got to help the others, since he’s apparently out of the running for the candy hunting?

18th
The urge to sing was stronger today, but he resist and try his best to help others.

By the time it’s evening, his fingers was lightly strumming the strings and he’s humming a tune.

EVERYWHERE (19th-23rd)
All around the tower, Minato was singing and playing the lyre. His voice, for anyone who haven’t heard him sing before, was rather good and pleasant to listen to.

It’s rather unfortunate, for his potential audience, that the more they listen, the more their mood begin to fall... How unhappy will they be? Wouldn’t it be better to just end it now?]

[After a while, the song seems to have slow down to a stop.]

...What's wrong?

[A young man's voice asks, the very same voice that was singing the song earlier.]

[ Shadow isn't about to display his emotions to some being he does not know. That song, however, and this boy's voice... He isn't sure why it's affecting him this much, holding so much power over him and his feelings as if it is magic.

He flips his head away, his eyes squeezing shut and his ears wilting. ]

Nothing is wrong.

[ His voice sounds pained. God, does it ever? He can't even control the way it wavers and cracks, and he hates that. He must deal with this on his own. ]

[While he's not singing, Minato's fingers are lightly strumming the strings. The beginning of the song again, but at a quieter, almost muted volume.]

Are you sure?

[ Shadow's hands squeeze into fists, pressing hard against the floor. He still is not about to face him, and once the melody begins again, he feels mildly nauseated. What Romeo told him, what Lelouch told him, what everyone told him...

Why did it have to be this way? ]

I am positive.

[He doesn't know Shadow. That's why Minato doesn't pry any further, but just hum softly.]

If you say so. But there are people who's willing to listen.

[He just simply lay down that option, instead.]

[ Shadow doesn't know what it is about this boy and his voice, but something about it pulls at his heartstrings further. What is this power he holds over him? This is a mystery that he must solve, lest he dive further into a depression that he does not want to face.

He eyes him, small water buildup hardly noticeable unless Minato is terribly perceptive. ]

What... is that melody?

[Maybe he notice it and choose not to say anything, maybe he didn't.

When Minato answers, his voice still carry that sing-song tone. It's just lighter and softer, letting him speak properly.]

The song? It's something I feel like singing.

[There's no name for it. The song and music are at the front of his mind when he woke up in this form.]

You conjured that song on the fly...?

[ Really? Shadow eyes him with a small amount of amazement in his expression. A very, very small amount. He can't really deny that something like this takes talent, yet the power of his song...

He despises it, just as much as he despises this tower. He wants his voice to go. It's dragging him down further into the darkness, and he does not like that. ]

[Now that he thinks about it, it is rather strange. His usual creative talents aren't that good. Did the admins do something to him, or was it something else?]
