Characters: Minato and YOU.
Setting: Room 2-02, hallways, various. 17th-23rd.
Format: Starting in action, will match.
Summary: Minato awakens from his revival, feeling the urge to play and sing. Especially to those who might be feeling a little down...
Warnings: None yet? Other than possibly causing suicides with his singing?
[2-02 (17th)
When he awakened after dying yesterday, he noticed the changes already. His legs feel different and he can actually feel fabric on the top of the metal legs. He checked and saw that his legs truly did became his Persona’s metallic ones. The other change was the lyre on his back.
After getting out of his bed, Minato tested out his new legs with a few steps. Then he slowly take off the lyre, unaware of the visible gashes on his back. When he hold the lyre in his hands, he feel like...playing it and singing it to anyone who can listen. It would be nice to sing a song to fit the mood...
He shook his head, pushing the thought away. Now’s not the time for that. He got to help the others, since he’s apparently out of the running for the candy hunting?
18th
The urge to sing was stronger today, but he resist and try his best to help others.
By the time it’s evening, his fingers was lightly strumming the strings and he’s humming a tune.
EVERYWHERE (19th-23rd)
All around the tower, Minato was singing and playing the lyre. His voice, for anyone who haven’t heard him sing before, was rather good and pleasant to listen to.
It’s rather unfortunate, for his potential audience, that the more they listen, the more their mood begin to fall... How unhappy will they be? Wouldn’t it be better to just end it now?]

Unless he decided to summon Cerberus and do ambush attacks. Those were pretty low tactics...he would do it if he became desperate...
As he frowned and thought to himself, tightly clutching his bucket to himself protectively, he heard a beautiful voice begin to sing. He tensed up immediately, digging his fingers into the bucket as the man singing came into view- aw damn, it was one of those that died and became monsters. Get out of the way and try to seem as invisible as possible-!]

Hello.
[Minato's voice, no longer singing, seems calm and friendly.]

He slowly turned to the costumed man, lifting the bucket up so it concealed half of his face, his eyes narrowed and suspicious]

23rd, space floor for funs
He has spent the last days making sure Nunnally was safe, all he could do since it was his fault she had died. Stealing candy or fighting monsters. Trying to mostly fight the monsters but then, then they stopped dropping candy. Stealing was the only way.
Yesterday he had resisted right until mid afternoon, his costume had been so tight that he could barely breath and he thought that it would restrain him. But surely enough he lost time and found himself with a full bucket of candy.
He wondered how many people he had condemned to death, to come back as monsters.
His head tilted at the music, wondering who it was...]

Minato continue his song, entering the floor and walk further inside. The closer he get to Suzaku, the louder his song get.]

I didn't know you could sing.

I don't sing that often.
[There's karaoke, but it's more fun with a few friends.]

23rd, 25th floor.
Eventually, she grew tired and sat down under a tree to get her breath back. She had to get that book back..it was one of the most precious things to her in this tower. She fought the urge to cry again. It was at this point that she heard some wonderful music being played, and a voice singing. She wasn't sure where it came from, but it sounded nice.
Re: 23rd, 25th floor.
His song and music sounded a little more cheerful, when he finally stepped onto this floor. Minato continued playing and singing as he walk, almost casually. But the feeling behind his song turned subtly curious. Was that a person he just saw?
Re: 23rd, 25th floor.
Maybe Konoha..wasn't ever coming back? With that thought, a tear slid down Tohko's face.
Re: 23rd, 25th floor.
"Miss...?" The singer's voice sound concerned, yet almost musical. He still have the urge to continue singing.

23rd, spess flo'.
He'd died. That child, a simple child drank his life force from him and killed him. He was the Ultimate Lifeform, an immortal being, or at least, he thought he was. Was this the tower's magic nullifying his abilities, or, heaven forbid, was he... as much of a mortal as any other hedgehog?
The very idea of that made his heart sink to his stomach.
It was then, however, that he heard a song. A gorgeous, beautiful song, all while he'd lifted his head to the fake skies above, stars and explosions like fireworks dancing in his vision. So many planets dying, from his own planet to those he'd never even seen before. Shadow found the song tragically lovely, colliding with the scenery and blending to make one hell of a depressing cocktail. His eyes slipped shut. His heart began to ache.
He just... wanted to be home. ]

...What's wrong?
[A young man's voice asks, the very same voice that was singing the song earlier.]

He flips his head away, his eyes squeezing shut and his ears wilting. ]
Nothing is wrong.
[ His voice sounds pained. God, does it ever? He can't even control the way it wavers and cracks, and he hates that. He must deal with this on his own. ]

23rd ; floor 25
She opens her eyes when she hears music. Sleepy hues glanced around. It was beautiful, but for some reason she was starting to feel sadder and sadder as the tune went on.
Saber.... Lancer....
She was a terrible master, someone who would never reach her sister's level. Ayaka couldn't be a master, a proper one at least. And the music was reminding her of that. She covered her ears and shut her eyes tightly. ]
Stop it... Stop it....

or before, who knows, Minato continue walking and playing. Music was one of the constant things in his life that he love, as a way to hide from the world and to express himself with an instrument. It's rather interesting how well he can play the lyre for the past few days.
But when he heard someone, he slowed down and the song steadily stops.]
...Stop what?

22nd, 28th floor
The song hanging in the air was such a reminder. It's unmistakeably beautiful. A sweet, sad song that made her heart ache as music often does. It's enough for her to push aside her reservations long enough to move up the staircase, bloody footprints trailing behind her, eyes searching for the source of the noise.]
Re: 22nd, 28th floor
Depending on where Mio approaches him from, she may see a large gash on his back. Otherwise, there is a young with a lyre, singing the very song she's hearing.]
sorry i'm kinda dumping survivor's guilt all over this
No, it was more than that. Why did she have to be rescued at all? If Mayu had to die, she should have died too. They should have been together in the end. Had she been able to atone for that sin by dying here? Would she even begin to be forgiven if she did it again, and again, and again?
She wants it to. She wants to die again, if only for her own peace of mind, but this body makes even that impossible for her to do; a knife, a sword, a bullet, all of it goes right through her, now. With no other options, she buries her face into her hand and cries, too focused on her (or perhaps simply comforted by) her own misery to realize, much less remove herself from the very source of it.]
