Characters: Minato and YOU.
Setting: Room 2-02, hallways, various. 17th-23rd.
Format: Starting in action, will match.
Summary: Minato awakens from his revival, feeling the urge to play and sing. Especially to those who might be feeling a little down...
Warnings: None yet? Other than possibly causing suicides with his singing?
[2-02 (17th)
When he awakened after dying yesterday, he noticed the changes already. His legs feel different and he can actually feel fabric on the top of the metal legs. He checked and saw that his legs truly did became his Persona’s metallic ones. The other change was the lyre on his back.
After getting out of his bed, Minato tested out his new legs with a few steps. Then he slowly take off the lyre, unaware of the visible gashes on his back. When he hold the lyre in his hands, he feel like...playing it and singing it to anyone who can listen. It would be nice to sing a song to fit the mood...
He shook his head, pushing the thought away. Now’s not the time for that. He got to help the others, since he’s apparently out of the running for the candy hunting?
18th
The urge to sing was stronger today, but he resist and try his best to help others.
By the time it’s evening, his fingers was lightly strumming the strings and he’s humming a tune.
EVERYWHERE (19th-23rd)
All around the tower, Minato was singing and playing the lyre. His voice, for anyone who haven’t heard him sing before, was rather good and pleasant to listen to.
It’s rather unfortunate, for his potential audience, that the more they listen, the more their mood begin to fall... How unhappy will they be? Wouldn’t it be better to just end it now?]

22nd, 28th floor
The song hanging in the air was such a reminder. It's unmistakeably beautiful. A sweet, sad song that made her heart ache as music often does. It's enough for her to push aside her reservations long enough to move up the staircase, bloody footprints trailing behind her, eyes searching for the source of the noise.]
Re: 22nd, 28th floor
Depending on where Mio approaches him from, she may see a large gash on his back. Otherwise, there is a young with a lyre, singing the very song she's hearing.]
sorry i'm kinda dumping survivor's guilt all over this
No, it was more than that. Why did she have to be rescued at all? If Mayu had to die, she should have died too. They should have been together in the end. Had she been able to atone for that sin by dying here? Would she even begin to be forgiven if she did it again, and again, and again?
She wants it to. She wants to die again, if only for her own peace of mind, but this body makes even that impossible for her to do; a knife, a sword, a bullet, all of it goes right through her, now. With no other options, she buries her face into her hand and cries, too focused on her (or perhaps simply comforted by) her own misery to realize, much less remove herself from the very source of it.]
kukukuku gimme all the angst
If he know what she's thinking, he would lend her his ear and listen. Minato wouldn't say he understand, it's not his right to compare their situations, but he can listen. People sometime need someone to talk to.
He vaguely sense someone's approach and looks around, still singing but at a slower pace.]
I will drown you in a sea of it.
Would this had happened if she had been holding Mayu's had that day? She wants to apologize, but she can't. Mayu is gone. Mayu isn't here. It's her fault. She wasn't there holding her hand that day at the cliff, she wasn't brave enough to fall with her and then again in the Lost Village. It's her fault Mayu's gone, that her world is gone, everything...!
If Minato's paying attention, he might catch sight of the ghost in the room--closer now, but still distant enough, apologizing to someone who's not there. She looks like she could break apart at any second, if she weren't already so broken.]
