Characters: Kyrie and open
Setting: Room 2-17, floors 27 and 5, all around
Format: Starting with action but I can match
Summary: Someone has priorities and goes looking for A) her wedding ring B) somewhere to put on her makeup and C) information. Then nighttime happens.
Warnings: monster fights, probably huge bitch introspection and Umineko EP7 spoilers
Room 2-17
[So her world was destroyed, then. It didn't seem all too likely, but it didn't matter to Kyrie either way. She was dead, and so was Rudolf, it makes no difference at all if the whole world is gone. It only means Eva can't tell the world of the truth of Rokkenjima. That suits her just fine. If it's true, it's almost a relief, at least they didn't fail too badly if it would all be for nothing anyway.
After reading the letter, she quickly finds her clothes within the trunk and changes. She pokes around a bit more inside the trunk, a set of clothes covered in blood, no doubt what she was wearing when she died... She would probably have to do something about that, if the only clean set she had was what she was wearing. The knife she slips into her front pocket, a handful of bullets goes in the other. Here's hoping she wouldn't have a reason to need either - especially the bullets. Those should be a last resort, who knows if there will be a refill box? She's quite happy to find her makeup, at least. That she takes immediately, planning to find somewhere to lay it out and fix herself up.
However, there's something very important missing. No matter how many times she looks, she can't find her wedding ring. It simply isn't there. Not in any pockets, not under the bed or hidden in a corner. But she would have given any of these other items to have just that small ring. She starts to panic and grabs the gun before heading to the door. It has to be somewhere, it couldn't simply cease to exist.]
Floor 27
[At least she's found a suitably reflective surface in the lab. So, for the better part of an hour, she sits at a counter doing her makeup. It's important to do before anything else. After all, if she's here, what if her husband turns out to be around as well? The last time she saw him he told her she 'looked like shit', so she certainly can't allow that again, now that she can fix her makeup properly without just moving blood around. It might not seem like a good place to be doing it, but, it's the best mirror she's found. Plus, the counter is perfect for setting everything out, including her gun, rather than fumbling with a compact in one hand, eyeliner in her right, and everything else piled in her lap. There are clear priorities here.]
Floor 5
[And so she finds herself in the viewing station. That certainly does look like her world, devestated. It's too bad, Ange was still alive, after all, she would have died so young then. But in the end, it's none of her concern. Kyrie frowns at the monitor, but shrugs. What can you do? She would have preferred to live herself, it's just the same with the rest of the world, none of them could change a thing.]
Around the tower around nighttime
[Throughout the day Kyrie continues to explore the tower, paying close attention to every detail. She's seen the monsters on certain floors by now, but, as night falls and they begin to appear where they hadn't before, it's clear there's something wrong. She feels a knot in her throat and immediately tries to move on to the next floor, fearing the worst. But before she can reach the stairs, she finds herself surrounded by a small group of zombies. It doesn't take her long to draw the kitchen knife from her coat and run at one, stabbing it through the chest. Unfortunately, though, that doesn't do much good.]

floor 5 (was going to go with nighttime but that would turn out awful, so, this now)
Ah.. wait a second-- that's someone she recognizes. Not that it matters much to her, not that taunting her would be as much fun as taunting Rosa (at least, not moreso than it would be to taunt other people in general) but since she's this bored, she might as well speak up.. ]
Wha-t? You don't even care for the view..? [ She's just in her school uniform right now too. ]
you mean <good>
There's not much to see.
i meant <cool>
Boring. Usually people at least bother to cry at these, if not something better!

[Kyrie. This woman looks too much like Kyrie. But Kyrie was dead. Dead in a chapel with her stomach sliced open. How was she here?]

What a surprise.

[Rosa finds herself rooted to the ground with fear, though all she wants to do is take off and run away.]

floor five i was also tempted to do nighttime
.... Just how many people from Rokkenjima would be dragged into this mess? Was it better, or worse than being at home...? Here, she wasn't dead, that was for sure-- but it was dangerous.
Ah, well. It was vastly different from the dangers of Rokkenjima, that was for sure. This time, he didn't have to just stand by and watch...!! ]
N... No way. Kyrie-san-- you're here, too?

nighttime
But that wasn't enough. The zombie's body was still moving.]
Get to the next floor. [He moved quickly, ducking under a zombie and knocking it aside with a powerful kick.] They can't be destroyed by mere headblows or stabs.
no subject
Then what will kill them?
no subject
[It was clear that she wasn't moving, and with nightfall, those zombies were stronger than before. Quickly, Hei draws the staff he had on his back, and thrusts the end at the zombie. The monster was knocked back, falling over its brethren, but they were still alive and going.
And the advantage was there. Hei moved in, staff separating into two swords. Both blades shine within the darkness, electricity seemingly flowing on the blades. In that instant, the heads of the creatures were cut, two of them, and yet they still moved. Sight gone however, they appeared to be going the other way for the time being.]
Or disarming them of all functions can work too.
no subject
Oh, is that all? It only means a different tactic.
[As another comes up behind her, she spins around, putting all her force into cutting its neck. It would be much easier to do with a sword, but with enough strength, the knife could do the job. She certainly wouldn't be able to keep it up without a better weapon.]
And how would you destroy something like this completely?
no subject
[Putting away his weapons, he reached for the next best thing: his wires. Such weapons allowed him a new tactic. He flipped over one zombie, stabbing it with his knife and wrapping the wires one after another over them.
Holding the last by his head, his eyes glowed, a thin blue aura surrounding him.]
Don't touch the wires.
[And that was all the warning he gave, electricity suddenly flowing and paralyzing the zombies. It may have taken time, but soon enough, the pressure welled up, parts of their heads and bodies bursting off.
He took a deep breath, knocking them aside with ease. While still able to move, they were hardly a threat.]
Threat neutralized here. Anymore behind us?
room;
[ It's easy enough for Aschen to sneak up on someone despite being a combat android; her gears don't whirl loudly and she looks more humanoid than anything else. ]
No one's been in your trunk since your arrival. I've kept watch.

I'm told you could make requests via the suggestion box if you're concerned about it missing.
no subject
I see, thank you for looking. Do you really think these people would take a request into account?

From what I hear though, your mileage may vary.
