Summary: Shion wakes up, and decides to explore a little because that's totally a good idea.

[It was like a waking nightmare, and it felt completely surreal. Waking up in the tower, reading the letters that had been left there for her. She almost didn't know what to make of it. There was no way something like that could have happened to the Elsa... And her friends.

It didn't take her too long to push past the shock. She knew she had to get up and get out (and get her blood moving before she froze to death). She found her clothes and her weapon in the trunk at the end of her bed, and as soon as she was properly dressed, she set off to find out what had really happened.

After finding it, she rode the elevator down, and when the doors opened at Floor 21, she exited to the stairs. She wasn't sure why. Some instinct drew her out, and downward. Past the restaurant, and very carefully down the crumbling outdoor ramp. It was possibly somewhere in the bloodied hand print room that echoed with tortured screams that she began to wonder if her instincts were really something she could trust anymore, as she picked up the pace. She raced down the next few floors, as fast as she could without injuring herself, until finally she reached the 14th floor.

She was tired, cold, frightened, and confused. The media room seemed safe enough, and electronics were a somewhat familiar sight. So, looking shaken, she sank to her knees just off the stairs.]

What is this place...?

Don't worry, I was as lost as you the first time I came here. [ Rubbing her palms together, she breathes on her hands. ] It looks like they turned off the heat, huh? I'm alright for now, but there's nothing to cover up with.

[uzuki]

[She looks around the room for a moment, frowning.]

If we had something that would burn for a bit I could start a fire. That would give us a bit of warmth...

[idolizer]

... I wouldn't think starting fire in this room would be a good idea, though.

[ The smoke would suffocate them, most probably. ]

[uzuki]

[She nodded.]

There were some floors higher up that were open, though.

But... I could always just hold a fire ether for a few minutes so we could get warmed up...

[idolizer]

... If you could do that, I would never be grateful enough.

[ Flashing a wider smile. She tried anything to defeat the cold, but after hours of moving, it takes just a little to let the cold reach her system again. Ugh. ] How can you produce it?

[uzuki]

With Nanomachines.

[She stands and moves to the center of the room, where she begins to scoot some of the chairs away to make a clear space. After she does this, she holds out one hand in front of her.]

Ether drive!

[A flame, maybe a couple feet tall, appears a few inches off the floor and hovers there.]

[idolizer]

[ ... not gonna lie, this is the first time she sees something like this in the tower. People rarely ever show their powers around here. Sayaka blinks rapidly in surprise. ]

This... it's incredible.

[uzuki]

Really? Most of my friends back home can use Ethers too, so I guess I've gotten used to it. I wish I could do more... But it's better than nothing.

[idolizer]

There's no such thing in my world. [ She's going to scoot a bit closer to the flame. ] But it's helping at least- as long as it doesn't burn anything here...
