Summary: Ocelot gets used to her new surroundings.

She had never experienced anything quite like this. Being kidnapped and brought to some other world under the pretense of being "saved" was something that would be almost curious had she not been trapped here, in some vicious hellhole where death seemed to lurk at every corner. Fortunately for her, being a lifelong soldier gave her a small advantage. She was carefully aware of every footfall, every sound that she was making. Here, she hadn't seen any sign of monsters, but it didn't mean that they weren't out there, lurking just beyond her sight.

Not even for a moment could Ocelot let her guard drop in the event that some creature was out there. She kept her gun at her side, alert of any new noises, even as she took a cautious glance through the windows and the fog below.

Ocelot nodded, one arm wrapping around herself. It was too cold, dangerously cold. It was not a good thing to be without heating in the winter. With the dangerous floors and people cold and possibly not alert, there was a very dangerous situation on their hands. "You look dreadful. Do you at least have a warm blanket in your dorm?"

That sounds slightly better than one thin sheet, but in this cold, I'm not sure much would help.

I am afraid they do not give us many accommodations in terms of the weather. It would be better if they let us bring coats from our homeworlds.

I suppose the floor with the storage room is a dead end for supplies, then?

I haven't checked all of the floors yet.

[And given how dangerous some of the floors were, she isn't sure she wants to check all of them]

Maybe we should watch the network. Sometimes people are altruistic and share information with others. Like where to find supplies or food or even weapons.

I have my revolver, but I have a very limited supply of ammunition. It won't help in the long run.

I would be more comfortable with a rifle. I wouldn't like things to be too close-range.

I haven't heard about that. Though I've heard there's a man who can apparently make weapons.
