Raise a glass and toast the Flame
Who: Chidori and OPEN
Where: Floor 15
When: Throughout the week
What: It's getting colder- Chidori figures that everyone can use a bit of help keeping warm.
Warnings: None as of yet, subject to change if anything comes up.
[The offer she'd made was more to give her something to do other than think about the cold than any real show of good will. Granted, it was that, in her own way- after all, it would do her no good if people were too sick to fight. While she wasn't sure it would be called for, it was Jason's month to be in charge of the tower. She was already anticipating the worst, no matter how quiet things had been for the first week or so of his turn. She'd be stupid to let her guard down so quickly, or so easily. Still, she wasn't sure anyone would see her announcement- or if anyone would even bother to look at such a brief post- but better to try than not at all. In the meantime, she had Strega's measurements more or less memorized, she could get started on them first.
So moving to find some fabric, she decided to start on a coat for Ken before anything else, trying hard to keep her hands from shaking and grateful, somewhat, for the fact that Medea's fire affinity was seeing fit to keep her warmer than she should be. Hopefully, the cold wouldn't affect her sewing too badly.]

Ah, alright then. I wasn't sure if you had a cloak or not. If you're shivering, why don't you put it on? I'm sure you'll feel warmer..
[Tohko then sneezed over her shoulder, but didn't stop working.]

[That much should have been obvious- after all, she could hardly move freely with a heavy cloak draped over her shoulders and arms. She couldn't much say she appreciated being talked to like she was a child though- or worse, an idiot.]
Besides, I'm not that cold.
[Not just yet, at least.]

Ah, alright then. However, if you do need help with something in the future, let me know, alright? I'm a simple book girl..but I may be able to help.
[And she keeps on sowing.]
no subject
[Actually to be fair, if she needed help, she probably wouldn't be asking for it anyway.]
But I'll keep it in mind.
[Said oh-so-sarcastically.]
no subject
[Tohko catches the sarcasm and sighs.]
You had better, alright?
no subject
[A shrug.]
I doubt there's anything I need to do that a 'simple book girl' could do better. Or at all.
no subject
There are plenty of things I can help you with, and there are a few things I am better at doing. After all, there's no way your love or knowledge of books surpasses mine, and I doubt you've solved a murder-mystery using nothing but your wits, love of books, and luck.

[Tohko then sighed and scratched her head.]
Admittedly, it doesn't have anything to do with your ability to sow. However, you do know I was offering you my help in anything, not just your sowing.
no subject
[A raised eyebrow.]
The implication was there.
no subject
[Tohko nodded.]
Alright then. So you did understand that. So don't hesitate to ask if you need any help.

You're condescending and irritating in equal amounts. I don't feel like dealing with either.

Instead, there's a rattle of chain and the slight whoosh of displaced air as one of her axes skims past the other girl's face and into the wall beside her shoulder.]
Then say it to yourself. I'm not interested in hearing it.
Is this alright?
You are such a cold-hearted, snooty girl! Even Daisy was a nicer person than you, and that's saying something! You can threaten people with violence all you want, but you're not going to make many friends if you act like this!
[Tohko huffed before walking out of the room.]

[And as the other girl walked out, Chidori lit a light Agi spell on her heels to help her expedite her exit.
Good riddance, honestly.]
