Incoming someone's blast from the past!

Characters: The Ninth Doctor and whoever decides to see him!
Setting: Room 2-12 and anywhere he ventures to
Format: Action to start, I follow your lead.
Summary: The Doctor is confused! Everyone use Talk to!
Warnings: Noooooooone at the moment but if a Dalek or something randomly appears...

[He's gonna be waking up now with a bit've a groan and be confused before shooting up, hand shooting to pocket to grab his blue glowy tipped sonic screwdriver and stand up, having it go around the area. Then he'll blink and lower it for now, and be confused as to where he is.]

Well I sure wasn't thinking this would happen.

[Meet the Doctor. Ninth Regeneration, big nose, big ears, balding... He'll venture around the room and find his trunk and open it, rifling through it and finding his psychic paper which he shall take, a banana which he'll leave, and other stuff he had brought with him. Then he'll look to the door and move to leave and venture out into the hall, jaw dropping a bit as he realizes he's not on then...]

The TARDIS!

[Those eyes'll widen and he's now concerned for his TARDIS he stole borrowed. He's adventuring for now, though. Meeting the locals, all that fun stuff.]

So a doctor was someone who went around killing people too weak from illness to be able to defend themselves... and this person called himself 'The Doctor' the way Ψiioniic was 'The Psionic'? That was a little terrifying. Ψiioniic made a mental note not to ever show this particular alien any sign of vulnerability.

Still, that didn't mean he was just going to attack a perfectly healthy troll. He was doing his job, and there was nothing wrong with that. As long as you weren't sick.

"If you'd been there, you'd remember it," Ψiioniic assured him. "In that way where you'd probably be enthlaved like everyone elthe. It's... kind of hard to forget." He touched the collar at his throat and flinched.

"Cure them? Huh. Why? I mean, I kinda get having thomeone who's supposed to go around culling them, putth them out of their mithery faster. But if you help them, they might survive even though they shouldn't have?" Trolls took the idea of 'survival of the fittest' far beyond just an art form, and this conversation was a clear example of that.

"Yeah, enslave them. Only if they're utheful, though. Otherwise we just exterminate them. As far ath the high-bloods are concerned, not only are only trollth worth being citizens, but only mid-bloodth and up. Low-bloodth are second class at best, and if we're at all utheful, we're made slaves. Aliens don't have a chance." He shrugged. "In nearly a million thweeps of space flight, we've never met a race we couldn't conquer. If we'd won the revolution we'd probably have done thomething about it... Signless ith kind of a sap about that sort of thing. But we didn't."

"But if they need help to thurvive, they're not strong enough to deserve to," Ψiioniic said, shrugging. "At least, that's how our culture thees it. But I'm the first to admit our culture ith fucked in the head."

He paused to consider that, and huffed a soft laugh. "Well, maybe the second. Pretty sure SS beat me to it. He'th a mutant-blood revolutionary who had visionth that our world was broken - that we weren't supposed to be cruel and violent and totally subjugated to the hemospectrum. He never meant to start a war, he jutht wanted to share his beliefs, but it was pretty inevitable. They tortured him to death, of courthe... but now he's alive again, here." He bit his lip, double fangs digging in deep enough to draw tiny beads of yellow. "I know everyone elthe feels trapped here, but this plathe is just about the best thing that's ever happened to me. I'm free again, and he'th alive."

"No arguments here," Ψiioniic agreed, his smiled widening. "We're probably a case thtudy in 'advanced stupidity'. I should introduce you to SS, you two would like each other, I think. So, what'th a time lord? And why do you look so much like a giant human?"

"Well, if it invloves science other than computerth or space flight, I won't underthtand the explanation anyway," Ψiioniic admitted. "A time rift, huh? Aren't time shenanigans uthually supposed to be a bad idea? Like, you go back in time and kill your own Mother Grub and then create a paradox or something?"

Why yes, he was the kind of geek who was into science fiction movies and the like. Or at least he had been, before he became a slave.

"There's thome kind of weird time thtuff going on in this place," he added. "Tho far I've met my dead best friend from two sweepth before he died, and my own Descendant who won't be hatched for another thousand sweeps."

"Yeah, fantathtic is a pretty good word for it," Ψiioniic agreed. "I know a lot of other people are freaking out about being here, but to me it'th practically heaven. My life is a million times better than it was a few nightth ago."
