Format: Action, but I'll match you.
Summary: Eleanor doesn't really know how to handle this flu thing, it's been a long time since she's been sick! Well, conventionally sick that is.
Warnings: Cranky, cranky teenagers who can set things on fire with their minds. Also random teleporting and potential telekinetic shenanigans.

[Eleanor woke up this morning with her head feeling like it was stuffed with wool. That was a novelty of a sort, and not a very pleasant one. She shrugged it off though, not entirely familiar with the whole flu process, though somewhere in the back of her head, several dozen voices whined in unison about how awful it was.

Eleanor got dressed in her suit and as usual set out to wander around the Tower, steps slow and gaunt looming.

Except, even if you're used to seeing her go around by now, you might be surprised to see her stumbling a little, leaning heavily sideways and nearly falling off the stairs more than once. For all intents and purposes, it seems like nearly seven feet worth of drunken diving suit, though of course that's not the case.

Hell, her portholes are glowing blue. Blue. She didn't even know that was a thing that could happen.]

Actually, it's the other way around. If you're going to be mercenary about it, you have to pull all the stops, I suppose.

Well, that's how it works, if you want to look at it strategically. You don't send healthy or more healthy people to do the job that got sick people sick.

But your job didn't make you sick. There are just a few illnesses running around. You didn't get them because of your job.

It might have, actually. We don't really know...

[Tohko sighed and scratched her head.]

We don't know..but I doubt your job caused you to get sick. What makes you think that it was the cause?

[thebigsister]

Because I don't really get sick? So it doesn't make sense.

Well, maybe it's something that the Administrators are causing again.

[thebigsister]

...that sounds like something they'd do.

[She snorts, unpleasant.]

Experiments. It's a fancy way of saying they're messing with people for fun.

[tohko_amano]

[Tohko sighed and scratched her head.]

Actually, they probably are experimenting on us..at least, Jason is. I have no idea why though. He probably enjoys it..but you have to wonder if there's something else he's doing with this information.

Nothing good comes from experiments.

[She'd know.]

At least, not experiments like this..

They probably won't learn their lesson until it blows up in their faces.

[That's the fun part, though.]

Maybe not..but once they do, I hope they tell us all how to get home.

[thebigsister]

Or somewhere that isn't here, at least.

..But home would probably be the best choice for everyone.

...I suppose you're right.

[She doesn't have much of a concept of home, sorry. And that little wasteland stay of hers didn't help much either.]

I guess you could say so.

[Eleanor shrugs and sways to keep herself upright.]

There's nothing left back there for me to be attached to.

What do you mean by that? Is your home destroyed or something of the sort?

[thebigsister]

Oh, I didn't mean it that way.

[Eleanor laughs easily.]

I mean. The city I was born in is gone, but the world is otherwise fine, I suppose. I just... don't really care much for it.

I see..that's still a little sad though. Why didn't you care for that city?

[thebigsister]

For about the same reason I don't care much about this tower. I'm not fond of cages.

Ah, I see..but why did the city try to cage you in?

[thebigsister]

Because human beings are selfish, and quick to sacrifice others for their own benefit.
