Silent dormitory rooms are lined with bodies--not dead, just sleeping. Throughout the tower it is pitch black and silent. At the base of the tower, countless shining eyes, watching.

23:45:00
The tower hums to life. Lights blink on in one by one; only the dormitory rooms remain dark. A small army of blank-faced humanoids appear and spend the next ten minutes taking various positions around the tower.

23:59:00
An order given. The dormitory room lights blink on.

00:00:00
You are awake.

00:00:30
You can move.

It works, and Denmark goes down with a hard thud. He's stopped differentiating between "Sweden" and "looks like Sweden" at this point, though, so he immediately reaches out to grab the woman's leg, tugging hard to pull her down to the ground with him.

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-03 07:24 pm (UTC)(link)
She goes down with him and, because there is really no space to get to her sword nor any desire to do so - she does not want to seriously injure Denmark. Fight, sure, but not actually kill. Instead, she tries to hit his face or at least make sure that she lands on top of the other nation.

"Wh're are they?" He voice is dangerously low and too clear at the same time, voice almost hissing, something she does pretty much only with her sister.

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-03 07:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Denmark lets out an 'oof' as she lands hard on top of him, but then immediately struggles to switch their positions, pushing her to the ground and moving on top of her.

"Where're who?"

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-03 07:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Normally, this should not be possible, or at least very hard, but he has a clear weight advantage over her, and the sword at her side hinders her movements. She's keeping still for a moment, glaring up at the pair of blue eyes above her.

"F'n and Est." Don't play dumb, Denmark, who else? unsaid, but in her eyes.

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-03 07:42 pm (UTC)(link)
"Fin's still with Sverige." He's pinning her down, more for the sake of trying to keep her from attacking than out of any desire for counter-attack himself. There's no anger in Denmark's expression, only confusion, for any number of reasons. "And ain't Estland at Russia's? Or Litauen's?"

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-04 07:07 am (UTC)(link)
Her expression only hardens. It's very obvious that Finland is not with her, isn't it? ...While Denmark was always a bit too male-looking for her own good, the voice and is that stubble and really her shoulders weren't that broad... And Denmark can not hope to get that level of distrust between her and her ally/colony. [...and really Denmark was never particularely large, but this flat...]

She reaches up to lay one hand flat against her sister's (?) chest, not as a form of attack, simply in an attempt to figure this out.

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-04 08:00 am (UTC)(link)
Denmark just watches her a moment before pulling back slightly. So confused... "Who are ya, anyway? And what're ya doin'?"

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-04 08:14 am (UTC)(link)
"Not reacting to the question at all in favor of watching him in concentration, aka frowning more. "D'nmark?"

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-05 12:22 am (UTC)(link)
"What?" It's not the what of someone questioning her statement, just him responding to being addressed.

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-05 09:20 am (UTC)(link)
"Wh't happened?" She kind of does not doubt that her sister would manage to get into a situation like this at all. But she still wonders how and what the heck why and will she go back to normal soon? She also guesses that Denmark hasn't noticed it yet.

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-05 09:37 am (UTC)(link)
He tilts his head, pulling even further away from her. "Who are you?"

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-05 09:58 am (UTC)(link)
"Sw'den." Did Denmark lose her memory, too? No, that is unlikely. Did something go horribly wrong? But none of those options sound likely or make sense...

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-06 07:38 am (UTC)(link)
"If yer gonna pretend to be someone, least ya can do is pretend ta be someone better'n him."

Denmark moves off of his attacker entirely now, not sure he wants anything to do with her, and gets to his feet.

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-06 03:06 pm (UTC)(link)
"I asked you why you 're male." She's getting up quickly, glaring at Denmark - it's weird to not have a slight height advantage over her sibling, but at least she isn't shorter, either.

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-06 04:23 pm (UTC)(link)
"I've always been male. So's Sweden."

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-06 04:30 pm (UTC)(link)
"My s'ster 's female."

She nearly commented 'even though you don't really see it', but without her sister here to hear it, she sees no reason to.

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-06 04:47 pm (UTC)(link)
Denmark crosses his arms across his chest and draws himself up a bit taller. "Yer sister may be but I'm Denmark and I'm not."

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-06 07:29 pm (UTC)(link)
"Unless th're are two Denmarks, y' are not."

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-06 08:19 pm (UTC)(link)
"I know who I am, lady."

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-07 05:14 pm (UTC)(link)
"I know who I 'm 's well. Maybe bett'r than you."

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-07 07:14 pm (UTC)(link)
"How could ya know better than me? I'm Denmark. And yer not Sweden."

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-12 05:18 pm (UTC)(link)
She gives him a stare that is pretty much the essence of Sweden-stares, even though she does not really realize that. "'m Sweden. Wh're 're Fin and Est?"

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-13 04:46 am (UTC)(link)
Denmark is so not in the mood for Sweden stares, to be completely honest. "How the hell'm I supposed ta know where some colonies are? If yer Sweden, you took 'em. They're your responsibility."

[identity profile] modersvea.livejournal.com 2011-06-13 05:24 am (UTC)(link)
She considers his words for a few moments, and, combined with the information that she gets from studying his face and posture, decides that he really has no clue where they are.

So she nods, turns - paying attention to what happens behind her, she has been backstabbed by her sister before - and heads for the door. Nothing else to do her, she has to think more about this weird male before doing anything towards that. Finding her territories is of greater importance right now.

[identity profile] legomyskane.livejournal.com 2011-06-13 08:02 am (UTC)(link)
Completely and utterly confused, he watches her go from where he stands. It's only after she's out the door that it even occurs to him to close it behind her.
