Silent dormitory rooms are lined with bodies--not dead, just sleeping. Throughout the tower it is pitch black and silent. At the base of the tower, countless shining eyes, watching.

The tower hums to life. Lights blink on in one by one; only the dormitory rooms remain dark. A small army of blank-faced humanoids appear and spend the next ten minutes taking various positions around the tower.

An order given. The dormitory room lights blink on.

"Cazzo!" A shriek also escapes Romana, the older woman pushing herself back, levelling the gun at Molly. It's only a few seconds before she realises it's a kid but still, she swears softly in Italian, lowering the weapon.

"Careful piccola! This isn't a place to be running through, there are probably dangerous people!"

She tilts her head a bit, "I'm not a pickle I'm a girl!" Jeeze, how hard was it to tell them apart? Molly eyes the gun again, she doesn't like it and it makes her feel uncomfortable. At her side she clenches her fist, if need be she figures she could hurt the other girl, hopefully before getting shot.

"I'm not worried about dangerous people," she's too stubborn.

Romana can pick up on that accent straight away. That and the butchering and misinterpretation of her beloved language has her crinkling her nose. "Pic-O-La. Not pickle. It means little one, okay."

With a sigh she moves, tucking the gun into the back of the waistband of her jeans, already seeing how the girl was reacting to it. Arms crossed over her chest she looks down - only slightly - at Molly, eyebrow raised. "Oh? And why not? There are many dangerous people in the world, it is foolish to not be worried at times. Especially when you've been kiddnapped by id... people."

"Just because pickles are little doesn't mean you can call me one. I'm not that little!"

She watches as the gun goes away and feels slightly better about the situation, "I'm strong and people can't hurt me," she says proudly. What she doesn't say is that guns probably could her, even if she could stop a tanker truck with one foot.

What... did pickles being small have to go with anything oh god this child was almost as bad as America herself. With another long suffering sigh Romana shook her head. "Well I don't know you piccola, so what should I call you?"

"People can always hurt others," Romana says softly, flicking her eyes over Molly. "And refusing to acknowledge that will only make you weak because you're blind to your own flaws."

"I'm Molly Hayes!" And yes, she is just as bad as America, if not worse.

She listens quietly as Romana speaks, "I know people can hurt me but that doesn't mean that I'm not strong and can hurt them back!" Her voice isn't exactly a whine, but at same places it may seem like that.

Buongiorno= a more formal hello then ciao, commonly used for people you don't know well

"Buongiorno, Molly. I'm Romana. Or Chiara if you'd prefer." Luckily Romana's had a few years to get used to America, and funnily enough, if it's an actual child acting this way it's not as bad.

Also, please to be noting that hard K sound and not a Ch sound. It makes her cry to have it said wrong.

Romana's eyebrow lifts slightly as she takes in the smaller girl. Barely over ten she was willing to bet, and looked like a hard shove could not her down. Kids these days, always thinking they were indestructible. "Still, you should be more careful in a place like this. Just in case, si?"

Molly smiled at her, while not one of her full smiles it was still bright enough, "Kara is a pretty name! You're pretty too even if you're prolly much older than me and not that much taller. I wanna grow up to be bigger since I'm already strong!"

If you haven't noticed yet, Molly has a tendency to ramble on and on about nothing really, sorry if it ends up offending you!

There's the slightest wince at the mispronunciation of her name, sighing softly. "Ki, like key, ah, ra, Molly. And thank you..." Totally not a little annoyed at the calling her old and short at all, nope. No way.

It's fine, Romana does have Venezia around her most of the time. She's grown used to it. "Good. That means no running around in the tower, si?"
