Better to be hated... [open]
Characters: Erik Lehnsherr and YOU
Setting: Anywhere in the tower you like.
Format: Action or Prose, I'm easy.
Summary: A wandering mutant trying to sort out what's happened.
Warnings: Who knows, really. Erik's had a rough week, and showing up here and finding out his entire world's been destroyed? Is gonna put him in a bad mood.
Erik had read the note. Earth had been destroyed, and he was the lone survivor. Well, one of the lone survivors. There were other people here, clearly, but not any of the faces he wanted to see. Mystique, Azazel, Riptide, Angel, Emma.
While he didn't believe what was written in any way shape or form, the fact that his brothers and sisters were no where to be seen was troublesome. Someone, somehow, had been able to transport him here without his knowledge, under cover of darkness. It would take a powerful mutant or entity to pull that off without him even realizing it was occurring.
Whatever this place was, Erik didn't intend on staying. He had been a lab rat once before--never again.
So he wandered the corridors, the hallways, looking for information.

"I don't, but they have proven it by leaving me in a wasteland." She touches her collar instinctively, remembering the emotions of that day. "It was horrible... I can't feel my people or my land anymore..."

He frowns, raising an eyebrow. "An empath, then?"
It is the only logical explanation he can come up with, considering what she is speaking about.
no subject
She hopes he is able to give her the benefit of a doubt.

"No, really, who are you."

"I wish to say that I'm bluffing, but I'm not." She looks up at him again, shaking her head. "I will never lie, but if you don't believe me, I won't force you to. You may call me Isabel if you wish."
no subject
"You have no way to prove if you lie one way or another. So I will take Isabel. My name is Erik."

Erik shrugs and states it plainly and frankly. She may fully believe she's Spain, but in his mind, it's utterly ridiculous and implausible.

"If you insist. However, if you do wish to question me regarding the truth, feel free to ask anything of my past."
no subject
"Tell me about this place. Everything you know. About the people who run it."

She points to her own collar, the violet liquid in it a contrast against her tanned skin. "What I know is that, Nations like me have a violet tinged collar, while others can have orange, yellow, colours of the rainbow, basically."
no subject
"What happens if you try to remove them?"
no subject
She shakes her head again, looking up with a smile. "Also, we cannot escape. No matter how hard we try."
no subject
Erik doesn't smile back, his eyes hard. "No, it simply means you haven't tried hard enough."
no subject
Sighing, Spain looks away, biting her lip even as the smile on her face dims slightly. "I should take my leave, Erik. My duty is in half an hour."
no subject
Were they meant to have jobs here as well?
