Characters: Kidou Yuuto and Sakuma Jirou (Closed) Kidou Yuuto and you! (Open)
Setting: Room 2-08 and then Meadow
Format: Action bby but I'll do prose just for you ;)
Summary: Kidou received his Christmas present... and he's trying to deal with it.
Warnings: Depressed little shotas... and perhaps a little gore.
[He hadn't had bothered with changing clothes or anything in a few days since... well he's wearing practically all of the clothes he owns because of the cold. So when Kidou woke up this morning and opened his trunk, he was a little surprised to find something new inside.
He pulled out a thin strip of wood, that has the words "Soccer Club" written on it in Japanese. It was no doubt the same one that used to be placed next to the door of his team's clubroom. To anyone else it probably doesn't mean anything to them, it's just a hunk of wood after all. But to Kidou, at the moment it was almost as important to him as his father's magazine.
A few tears start to trail down his cheeks, and he pulls his goggles off to wipe at his eyes, being careful around the empty eyesocket...
Wow, he really missed everyone in Raimon, and he didn't even realize it until now.]
[In the meadow today, there is a familiar dreaded boy kicking a soccer ball. He's already sweating and panting, it looks like he's been at it for a while now. He has a makeshift goal set up with one of his capes spread out like a line on one end of the field, and he dribbles the ball over and stops right in front of it, lifting his leg to kick it into the goal lines. There's a slight hesitation though, as the image of his happy-go-lucky captain appears in his mind, and he ends up kicking the ball way off his mark. He falls to his knees and hands and sits there for a moment, catching his breath as the sweat falls from his skin and drops onto the soft ground below.
After a few more moments, he shifts to sit up on his knees and looks at the ball that had rolled off to the side, his mouth turning into a frown as the oh so familiar phrase "Let's play soccer!" plays in his mind.
He shakes his head and stands up again, jogging over to where the ball was and picking it up to start dribbling again.
Feel free to bother him or ask if you can join, because he wouldn't mind some company!]

Concerned, Sakuma sits up slowly, frowning at his friend in worry.]
Kidou, is everything alright?
[He stifles a yawn and scratches the back of his head, not really caring that he's messing his hair up even more.]
no subject
Yeah... sorry I woke you.
[He stands up and walks over to Sakuma's bed and holds out the sign to show him.]
I found this in my trunk...
no subject
A club sign...?
[As he speaks, he looks up at his friend. When he does the words become stuck in his throat. His eyes widen in alarm.]
Kidou what's wrong with your eye?!
no subject
He looks to the side for the moment before pulling his goggles over his eyes again.]
... It's nothing serious, I don't want you to worry about it.
no subject
[He's sitting up straighter now and looking at Kidou in concern. Nothing serious? It doesn't look like anything serious.]
When did it happen? Why didn't you tell me about it?
no subject
It happened about a week ago. Urotsuki had caught the flu, so I went to the restaurant to get her some soup. I couldn't find what they wanted in return, and the next day while I was playing soccer with Genda, it just disappeared. It hurt though, and it started bleeding really badly as if it was actually ripped out.

Have you played soccer before, Romeo?

That apparently surprises Kidou quite a bit, because he drops the ball and sits there with his eyebrows quirked and his mouth agape.]
no subject
You.. haven't heard of it? [Soccer is such a big deal where he comes from, he can hardly believe Romeo hasn't even heard of it before!]

Hey, Kidou! I know it's late, but..Merry Christmas!
[So she'll yell as she runs up to him and gives him the book and the cape.]
no subject
Thank you Tohko but you didn't have to give me anything...
no subject
Probably not..but since you're my friend, I wanted to try giving you some presents. And thank you for your help when I was sick. I'm all better now!
no subject
I wish I had something to give you in return...
But I'm very happy to hear that you're alright now.

But not taking the chance to speak up to her boyfriend entirely would be a shame, so.. ]
.. You're working hard today, Yuuto.
no subject
I haven't been practicing enough, so I thought I should practice hard today to make up for it. [After a moment of hesitation, he pulls her over for a small hug.]
More importantly, I'm glad to see you're healthy again, Urotsuki. [Yeah sick and hallucinating Urotsuki was a bit scary, he was so worried about her...]
no subject
It's okay. It only lasted a little bit, right..?
no subject
I don't want anything like that to happen to you again.
no subject
I'm sorry..
no subject
You don't have to apologize for getting sick, it's not something you can control, after all.
