Summary: Yusuke's energy disappears from the tower and Kuwabara is more than a little upset because it's not the first time he's lost Yusuke. Even if that Yusuke was a clone as he said he was.
Warnings: PG-13 Violence and You will get punched if you try to agitate Kuwabara but have fun with that D| He won't hit girls



Kuwabara found out that Yusuke's energy completely vanished from the Tower. He couldn't feel it anymore and he couldn't trace it. He even went as far as to dash into Yusuke's room, but found nothing. He found absolutely no trace of ther former spirit detective and he was worried and maybe a little pissed.

There was a loud noise echoing in the hallway as Kuwabara stormed off to try to find Yusuke. Where he was standing moments before, there was a gaping hole through it and it was clear that he used more than just his usual strength. Kuwabara continued down the hallways in search of his lost friend and in hopes of Yusuke just playing some stupid prank on him like he always did. It didn't matter if Yusuke was a clone, he was still Yusuke. He acted and behaved like Yusuke.

It made him upset that he had only a short amount of time spent with Yusuke, before this happened. They didn't even get to reconcile for their fight over the stupid steak. It felt like the old days and now, now the Tower had took the only person he had from home away from him. He was more than just pissed. He was furious and he wanted to find out why. He wanted to know. This couldn't end like this, it just couldn't.

Not after what had happened and not after what he had to go through. Dammit. Kuwabara calls out again loudly into the hallway as he's running.

He was broken, but he would be fine as time passed. He was uncertain of what would happen in the future but he knew right now he was broken. He was honestly grateful for her being there, even if he didn't show it right now. He was used to having his friends there for him but at the same time there was a stranger who was worried about him even though he didn't even know them.

If he knew about her, he could empathize, because of the way he was. He would try to understand where she was coming from and what kind of person she was. He shook his head, "I'll be fine. I ain't gonna kill myself or anythin,'" he replied to her honestly. Kuwabara would eat, but only when he had gotten over this slump.

"Well I do be glad to be hearing that." But she didn't believe him, she stared at him expecting him to follow. She wasn't actually going to grab a broken warrior and try to drag him down to the cafeteria, she wasn't an idiot.

"I do be hungry and I do no be leaving you so you will have to be coming with me."

He didn't respond to her again this time as she said that. He knew what was going on and he knew that things shouldn't be this difficult to handle but it was and he had to do everything his powers to get over it.

He raised his head a little before taking a few steps away form the wall, "Yeah...." he muttered, before taking a few steps more away from the way. It might have done him some good if he walked it off.

Nesir waited patiently like trying to coax a stray cat, not making any sudden movements. She began walking slowly towards the stairs. "What do be your name?"

"Kuwabara, Kazuma," he muttered under his breath. He was still used to using the last name first name basis, but he would respond to Kuwabara all the same since that's what most people called him. He took a few steps away from the wall where he was beating earlier. Maybe, he should fix that later, but he was grateful that someone was helping him get off his feet, but it would take some time before he fully recovered.

"Kuwabara Kazuma," Nesir repeated with just a little difficulty. "Mine do be Nesir Aeser." She smiled at him waiting for him to come a little closer so they could set off down the stairs.

"Nesir Aeser-san," he replied lowly, but clearly not going to forget her name any time soon now. He took a few quiet steps towards her direction allowing her to lead him wherever she wanted to lead him. He didn't really care much anymore. He was mentally tired.

It was a long way down and for most the way Nesir was silent, but then she figured that silence might not be good for him, he shouldn't be left to his own thoughts.

"So do you be being here long?"

[ainohenshin]

"Yeah, guess you can say that," he replied in a low tone as she asked him that.

She was right to do that, seeing Kuwabara was a rather irrational individual and he might have taken his frustration on monsters and possibly have gotten himself killed or something.

"How long have you been being here for?" She continued walking, checking every now and again to make sure he was still following.

"Coupla months," a blunt reply.

He wasn't counting but he was certain it was a couple of months. It was weird to even say that. There was so much to be done at home.

He was following, albeit a little slow.

He didn't get why she was putting so much effort into keeping him with her but if he stopped be hot headed, he'd probably learn that it's similar to how he behaved.

"That do be about the same as me then." She told him as they finally reached the cafeteria. "What do you be wanting to be eating?" She didn't give him a choice, he was going to eat.

"Guess so," a shrug from the teenager as he followed the girl into the cafeteria. There wasn't much he wanted to eat right now so he assumed he would eat whatever she puts in front of him, seeing he hardly had an appetite right now.

He was still pissed about losing his best friend.

"Whatever ya want," he plopped himself down on one of the cafeteria tables with his hands on his lap as he waited.

She kept one eye on him while she went to pick out food for them. Carrot soup and carrot muffins. Things that did not require a knife to eat them, she doubted he could do himself much harm with a spoon.

She hoped.

She took the food back to the table and pushed his share towards him. "You do be eating."

She took a bite of muffin.

Kuwabara didn't complain about what she got him. He merely stared blankly at the carrot soup and carrot muffins. It was simple food, and something he could easily eat without much effort. It was perfect, but he just started to play with his soup instead.

He wasn't going to harm himself over things like this. Kuwabara wasn't an idiot but he wasn't stupid completely.

"...." he looked at it before taking a quiet bite out of the muffin first. The boy was just a miserable sight right now.

He was a miserable sight and Nesir stared at him over her own soup. Still at a loss of what to do to help. Fixing broken warriors hadn't exactly been a class in the temple, she was just going from what she had witnessed.

"Do you want to be sparring? After eating I do be meaning." She wasn't planning on giving him weapons but they could fight unarmed, perhaps exercise and hitting things would do him good.

Kuwabara wouldn't fight a girl even if she forced him to. He wasn't one to do that kind of things with girls. If it was a guy, he'd totally take up the offer to get rid of his anger, but right now there was a girl asking him to spar with her.

He merely shook his head. God dammit, why did he have to be this miserable? Even the chicks were starting to feel bad for his sorry ass.

She reached across the table to poke him in the arm at the head shake. "It will be making you feel better and you do be knowing it."

"I can't fight ya," he responded when she poked him in the arm. He knew she was trying to help but it wasn't something he was willing to do right now. He didn't want to hurt a girl and he wasn't going to start. Even if she beats him up for it, he would still behave this way.

[culbutiri]

"Well I do be knowing you would be losing but I can be going easy on you." She figured that he was probably worrying he would lose control and go berserk or something. Which was a risk Nesir admitted but she figured she could handle it if he did and that in itself might help.

"It ain't about losin' or not either," he turned towards her, his serious expression showing as he continued to speak to her, "I don't fight girls."

He added quietly after a moment. There was no way he was going to fight her no matter what she said and so he made it clear.

"You do no be what?" Well... she had not been expecting that... She looked at him in confusion. "That do be very odd, that do be a lot of people you do no be fighting..."

She was trying to find reasons why this could be, but after a few moments was still stumped. "Why?"

[ainohenshin]

"I don't fight girls," he replied again this time a little bolder than before. He was not having it, "Yeah well it ain't in my honour ta fight girls. It ain't right," he added looking off.

Kuwabara didn't reply to the question this time because he answered it before. He just wanted these days to be over and done with.

Nesir raised her eyebrow, "But that do be half the population you do no be fighting, what if a girl did be attacking you? What if they did be trying to be killing you? What if they did be hurting Yusuke?"

A very interesting weakness, she wondered if there were others with it in the tower...

"Urameshi ain't around anymore ta deal with that and I ain't gonna hit girls no matter if they're good or bad," he replied keeping his eyes downcast. Kuwabara had his morals to hold so he wasn't going to explain it. It was how he was and how complicated he made things.

It was indeed. He could easily taken advantage of for that.
