A good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan next week.
Characters: Elena (
provenworth ) and YOU!
Setting: Around the tower!
Format: Whatcha see is whatcha get, but I'll match yours. Anything goes!
Summary: Elena is taking some action items to prepare for the wedding and gets caught up looking at pretty pictures!
Warnings: None, except cute.
[Posting #1 | Anonymous]
Wanted: A tailor who can create and modify clothing. Discretion is needed. Please visit the Aquarium this afternoon at 3pm for further details.
[Because, to be honest, she was feeling a little more girly than she would ever admit and, while she could never see herself actually wearing an actual dress, she did have something in mind.]

H - Need to chat with you as well. Let's meet in the kitchen at 11am. - E
C - Need to talk to you. Please see me on the 19th floor at 2pm.- E
[Floor 22 | The Art Gallery]
The art gallery floor had been one she'd not taken time to visit, not finding great value in it or its contents. However after several passes during her time in the tower, she found her curiosity piquing. Of course, there was no way she could have stopped this accidental visit, especially when a painting of the city of Midgar seemed to grace a spot near the front, pulling her attention - and eventually her body - in. Feet took her slowly through the gallery, looking at all the various pieces of art, stopping at one or two that caught her interest further.
It was somewhat embarrassing how easily she had been pulled in, the landscapes and portraits of, what she could easily guess were, other places and times curious and mind-boggling. She's careful not to wander too far, she did have other things on her agenda and with Rufus in the building, she was being kept busy. Very busy.

Don't be like that, sweetcheeks.
"Hey, knock it off," he called out to the Nobody which promptly withdrew from her and zipped quickly back over to his side. "Idiot."
( ^∇^)
When the creature does move away, her attention follows with it, and she has to blink a few times to confirm what she's seeing. "....Reno? What did you do to your hair?"
no subject
"Sorry," he said, turning to Elena. "Put the gun away, huh?"
no subject
"The hair? You had it slicked back a little while ago. But now I have to ask...just where were you hiding the gel? I didn't feel it on you."
Hands came up, firearm moved into a non-threatening position before being returned to its holster. Her mouth pulled into a disapproving frown looking for the little creature that had attacked.
"Just what was that thing?"
no subject
"A magician never reveals his secrets, you know. But I can tell you about that thing," he said, waggling his thumb over his shoulder where the Assassin had disappeared.
"It's harmless. Just a critter following me around today." Hand at his hip, he raised a brow. "You're not jealous, are you?"
no subject
"So you've told me." Wait, 'Magician'? That didn't sound right. But her attention is diverted again, moving to his thumb that motioned to the little flying monster. "If you say so...."
Eyes narrow slightly. Suspiciously. "No, no. Its not that I'm jealous. I just wonder...if its been following you around today, why wasn't it with you earlier?"
no subject
"It hasn't been following me all day." It's said with a shake of his head and as he crossed his arms.
no subject
She's not certain she buys the story. Or that this person is even Reno unless he'd gotten his hands on her concealer and drew on the new tattoo marks. There was a good way to find out, though. With a little move of her head, she motioned for him to follow her as she languidly turned, heading deeper into the art gallery.
"Its not dangerous, is it?"
no subject
Axel followed as she asked, walking up so they would be walking side by side. Hands in his pockets again, he glanced around at the artwork, most of which he either didn't much care for or couldn't recognize.
"You didn't see it attack, did you?"
no subject
Hands move to clasp behind her back, her steps slow, watching him carefully out of the corner of her eye. He sure looks a lot like Reno, but, if he was, where did he get that awkward looking dress?
"It was getting ready to," she returned, eyes moving to the pictures, seeking out something useful to help prove, or disprove, his identity. "Where'd you find that thing, anyway?"
no subject
Axel admired more of the paintings around them as he spoke. "Hm? Find what thing?" There are a lot of things you could be talking about, Elena.
no subject
"The little floating monster thing that nearly took my head off." Okay, so she was exaggerating, but still. It could have!
"It should have come back by now shouldn't it ha-" Whelp. That was a portrait of the back of a certain ex-turk turned Vampire King, the red cloak blocking out the majority of his body save the lower legs. And, yep, those were two very nasty bodies he stood over, bloody and bruised and wearing sorta familiar suits. Don't mind her as she pulls you in another direction, Axel. "It should have come back by now, right? I don't want it ruining some of these pieces of art."
no subject
"On one of the floors. Can't remember which, exactly. Just sort of showed up and started following me like a lost puppy." That seemed like a pretty reasonable lie. He glanced over at her.
"You feeling all right? Y'look kinda jumpy."
