World Destroyers and Monsters [Closed]

Summary: Rei shows Ryoji how to kill monsters

Night, a time when many have already returned to their rooms for fear of the monsters roaming around. One solitary figure, though, remains outside, rocking on her heels, humming a cheerful song to herself. It seems normal enough for a girl her age, but is a little at odds with her frigidly beautiful appearance and the dark surroundings. She seems to hold no fear for the monsters, though she does take care to avoid their attacks.

It is no accident that she is out here at this time. She promised to show someone something. In a way, this is for her a ritual of bonding. Thus, she will not touch the monsters. Not until her partner arrives.

When Ryoji arrives, he will find her waiting still. Alone, unarmed, but beaming.

"I'd be glad to see him too..."

He at least got to talk to Minato in the Seal, but... seeing him again, actually being able to look at his face...

[terreifying]

"Tell him that Rei said hi too when you guys run into each other."

[notsogrimreaper]

"I definitely will!"

At this point, the elevator signals that it has reached its destination with a pinging sound.

"Ooh, we're here."

[notsogrimreaper]

Ryoji nods and follows Rei out, clearly excited.

"So what do you know how to make, Rei-chan?"

[terreifying]

"Noodles, eggs, maybe even pancakes. I can follow recipes if I need to."

Though given the cafeteria this month, they should try something with tomatos.

[notsogrimreaper]

"That's better than anything I could do!"

Honestly, Ryoji isn't picky, anyways. Almost every food that he's gotten to try has been delicious to him.

[terreifying]

"Would you want your eggs scrambled then? Or whole? Ooh, what about an omelette?"

[notsogrimreaper]

"Those all sound amazing! I think I'd like to try an omelette, though, if we have enough stuff to put in it."

[terreifying]

"We have lots and lots of tomatoes. Maybe we can put sugar and then it would be tamagoyaki."

[notsogrimreaper]

"Eggs taste good with sugar?"

[terreifying]

"Yeah, if you beat them all fluffy then they're like sponge cake."

[notsogrimreaper]

"Mm... that does sound really good. Let's try it!"

[terreifying]

"Mm!"

She bounces over to the kitchen.
