Summary: Kidou's been in the tower for ten years and so he goes about his day like usual also soccer
Warnings: He's a huge grumpy grump, maybe some swearing but not a lot, and also tags will be coming from kouteipengeenno1!

Setting A. Dorm halls

[Kidou took a bit of time getting out of bed this morning. After he initially woke up, he stayed laying in bed for a few more minutes, staring at the ceiling. Another day in the tower, huh? It's been ten years, each morning the same. Sometimes he felt like he shouldn't even bother getting up... but then he would remember that he still had people here he cared about and wanted to see.

With a sigh, he sat up and rubbed his eyes a bit before he got ready for the day.

After sliding one of his swords sheath onto his waist, he heads out of his dorm.]

Setting B. Cafeteria

[A bit later into the day, Kidou can be seen in the cafeteria eating some spaghetti. Though he seems to be taking his time with the food.. in fact, its more like he's playing with it rather than eating it, twirling it around his fork or idly knocking a tomato around with his fork. His cup of water looks untouched, too.

He eventually pushes his plate to the side, resting his arms on the table and letting out a sigh.]

Setting C. Floor thirty two

[A bit far into the forest, you might notice Kidou standing absolutely still for a few minutes. Upon closer inspection, he appears to have his right hand firmly gripped onto the hilt of his sword. He stands there quietly with his eyes closed as the wind slowly blows, it looks like he might just stay like that forever...

However, a small leaf from a tree not too far away from Kidou gets swept into the wind, and once it's close, Kidou opens his eyes and draws his sword quickly, slicing the leaf in half.

He holds out his hand and the two halves of the leaf land onto it before being swept into the wind again. He follows the leaves with his gaze for a moment before taking in a deep breath, and getting in position again.

If you bother him, chances are he heard you coming minutes ago and already knows you're there, so he won't be too upset if you interrupt his sword practice.]

Setting D. Meadow

[In the meadow today, you can find Kidou with a very old and worn soccer ball. He isn't wearing a soccer uniform though, but he looks like he isn't having any difficulty kicking the ball anyway. His skills are far better than when he was younger. He can kick the ball much harder, even without using a hissatsu it was like the ball was covered in some kind of power, he's a lot quicker, he can clear the field in half the time he used to, and his ball handling was amazing. He could kick the ball off his knee without stumbling at all, and he can even do more fancy tricks with it like rolling it off his shoulders back onto his knee.

Whenever he comes to the meadow to play soccer, he feels like he can forget about reality for a while, so he's almost always spending time kicking the ball around each day. You can join him, but he might not go easy on you!]

Setting E. Aquarium

[Ah, it was so nice to see the penguins still in the tower even after this long. If there was one thing he loved about this place was the small tank of these cute birds. He sat crouched in front of the tank with a fond smile on his face. Watching them waddle around and play reminded him of so long ago, when he and his friends were still pretty new to this place. It was so nostalgic...]

Setting F. Anywhere else

[If any of those settings aren't to your liking, that's okay! Kidou will be in literally every floor of the tower today, so feel free to make up a scenario of your own!]

[ .. He's worried? At that her smile lets up just a little to make room for a more surprised expression, her eyebrows raised a little. Anything strange..? Well, she's still a little oblivious as ever, so she didn't really.. ]

Like people different ages than they're supposed to be. I met with Tohko earlier, and she was no older than fifteen. She told me that she met with some others, who had been a lot older than she last remembered them. Ten years, twenty, even hundreds of years older. It's suspicious, they're all supposed to be in the tower for only ten years like us.

I hadn't noticed yet, but.. if something like that really is going on, then it's probably just the admins doing something again, right? [ That kind of stuff is their forte, making generally confusing situations for most people.. ]

Maybe they made some people turn back to the way they were when they were younger or the way they will be when they're older.

Yeah, that's definitely what's going on. I don't know what their motive for this though... it's very suspicious.

.. They usually don't really have reasons. [ Not ones that make sense to her, either way - even weird people can't understand them. ]

Maybe they just.. thought it was fun.

Fun? [He raises an eyebrow slightly]

I don't see what's fun about it... even by their definition of "fun".

Furthermore, it doesn't really have the same feeling as their other experiments... [There's not really anyone suffering like usual]

It's confusing, isn't it? If someone suddenly forgot a lot of the time they spent here and became younger.. I think that'd be really confusing for the people around them. I think they like confusion.. [ she nods a little to herself. ]

.. Don't worry about it too much though.

It's not only confusing, it's a little frustrating.

[He smiles, though it's more of a sarcastic and sad smile.]

Ah... I'll try not to worry about it I guess. But you know me, telling me to not worry about something is like telling me not to play soccer; It's easier said than done.

Hmm. But you don't have to worry as much when you have me around, right? [ She grabs his hand - her own hand with the ring grabbing his hand with the ring - and gives him a tiny smile. ]

No matter what, I'm here for you.

[His eyebrows raise in surprise a little as she takes his hand, but he smiles again, a more genuine smile, and holds her hand back.]

I'm grateful to have you by my side, Urotsuki.

Me too. If you weren't here, I'm sure I wouldn't be as happy. [ Sure, she would still be okay, probably. She's used to weird things. But there's a definite difference between just being okay and being happy, after all. ]

So.. I'm really, really glad too. I hope we'll stay together forever..

We will, I'll make sure we're together no matter what. [Because at this point... being sent back to their worlds isn't anything they can even dream about. It definitely would have happened by now, so Kidou doesn't even really care about that anymore. It's better to focus on the present, on what's happening now than what should have happened before.]

[ She smiles at him again, and then she looks around. ]
