[Ah, the art gallery. A place where he can see home and yet not, after all, one can't interact with the paintings they depict here, despite how inviting they looked. Though, the reason he's here more often than not relates to his desire to be left alone to think in this quiet place.

Of course, he does know that at some point of time, someone would eventually either find this place or just decided to lurk around here.

Which is probably why he's a bit willing to be conversing with you after the mess that was last month.]

Floor 25
[It's been a while since he visited this place, and to be honest, after all the work he'd been doing in the library what's with the alarming amount of books scattered across the place lately, even he needs a break from all that.

Which would be why he's just taking a nap on the meadow, fully intending to walk away before nighttime arrives.]

Floor 84
[...Ah, yes. The feeling of everything giving him the impression that it could be used to better human lives were not lost on him, though, he decided to file it away to the back of his mind as he absent-mindedly stack blocks of stones in order to make a makeshift, blocky house, still not fully trusting himself to dig deeper for other materials.

Of course, he could always do other things with the resources available at the ground level.]

He's been standing there in silence for a while, already. After all, the scenery before him was unmistakably the Student Council room in Ashford Academy, which was where he was for practically half of his school days, spending it with his classmates as well as keeping his facade up to them.

Of course, this all meant nothing when you can't interact with the objects.

But he has to give them props for being actually capable to do these things in the first place.]

Luke crouched down by Lelouch, just kind of... staring at him sleeping, not really sure what he was supposed to do. He was almost tempted to pull a prank, or something equally immature, but he managed to resist the urge.]

[Luke let out a sigh, flopping down by him.]

Geeze, sleeping out in the open... how stupid are you?

[Sorry, he's a bit too tired to wisecrack at you right now.

Fortunately he's a light sleeper so he's sort of starting to stir.]

[Rolo is just sort of watching him from a distance. He's been keeping to himself mostly after the last event.]

[At some point, he's going to notice that someone's staring at him, which was why his eyes are slowly opening.]

[He not really sure how to feel about you right now, Lelouch. For his future self had realized that even now you're still trying to use and manipulate him and he doesn't want that. He just glances down, impassively.]

Why are you sleeping out here? Do you want to get killed?

[There's nary a reaction as he blinked once more to eradicate his bleariness, but regardless he's going to just look at his brother lazily.]

[Not surprisingly Suzaku was seeing the exact same thing as Lelouch. This was perhaps the only place he did miss from home, the place in which he had come anywhere close to being an ordinary teenager.

It was also a place of much pain, but the happy memories of the student council outweighed the bad, probably the only part of his life that was tipped to that side. He looked at Lelouch after a moment, not sure what he was seeing, but guessing it was just as bittersweet] They are getting better at torturing us.

[There's a shrug from him as his hand happened to be in the way of a chair, causing the hologram to fizzle a bit.]

I admit the effect is pretty impressive, though.

It is. [He went over to poke at Arthur's cage, watching it fizzle and come back to life.] What do you see?

[A blink as Suzaku realised they were seeing the same place.] It feels like a lifetime ago.

[ While Nunnally longs to visit the meadows, it's a lot of hard work for her to get her wheelchair out there. Instead, she'll run into her brother on this floor. ]

[But of course, that lasted for all but a moment as the surprised face slipped back into his cold mask as he regarded her with a nod.]

Yes, that's correct.

[ Well. Not exactly the term she might use to describe how she felt, but physically it was accurate. Another death and this time it felt completely out of her hands. Now she can only fear what will happen if he remembers what she does. Will the reality that she was in another world far too dangerous for her drive him to commit unspeakable acts? ]
