[Ah, the art gallery. A place where he can see home and yet not, after all, one can't interact with the paintings they depict here, despite how inviting they looked. Though, the reason he's here more often than not relates to his desire to be left alone to think in this quiet place.
Of course, he does know that at some point of time, someone would eventually either find this place or just decided to lurk around here.
Which is probably why he's a bit willing to be conversing with you after the mess that was last month.]
Floor 25
[It's been a while since he visited this place, and to be honest, after all the work he'd been doing in the library what's with the alarming amount of books scattered across the place lately, even he needs a break from all that.
Which would be why he's just taking a nap on the meadow, fully intending to walk away before nighttime arrives.]
Floor 84
[...Ah, yes. The feeling of everything giving him the impression that it could be used to better human lives were not lost on him, though, he decided to file it away to the back of his mind as he absent-mindedly stack blocks of stones in order to make a makeshift, blocky house, still not fully trusting himself to dig deeper for other materials.
Of course, he could always do other things with the resources available at the ground level.]
Floor 100
[...
He's been standing there in silence for a while, already. After all, the scenery before him was unmistakably the Student Council room in Ashford Academy, which was where he was for practically half of his school days, spending it with his classmates as well as keeping his facade up to them.
Of course, this all meant nothing when you can't interact with the objects.
But he has to give them props for being actually capable to do these things in the first place.]
Others
[Feel free to tag him anywhere else if you want to!]

[ She gives a sad laugh at that. ] Often whenever they take shape around me, they are dark. I think it means to hint at the ailment that I suffered through most of my life, dear brother.
However at times the colors are so vibrant they hurt my eyes. What a strange gallery to be entranced with.

[Painful as it was seeing Shirley dead within the painting, the sight of Japan being razed by Britannia, the FLEIJA that was thought to have ended his dear sister's life.
Those incidents were plentiful, and for him, he can't let go of them because that's what shaped him to be the person he is right now.]
...They have their own whims, just like a certain group of people, I suppose.

[ Not that there were many secrets he can keep from her.
Bullshit powers aside. It bothers her that anyone can step within this floor and witness the atrocities her brother committed without explanation. ]Unless you fear not what the other inhabitants of this tower may think. Have you really grown so cold as to reject companions before they can ever make it to your side?

[There's a shrug as he said that, the only person within his circle of acquaintances that is even aware of what he's done in his life would be Yu Narukami, and no one else. Of course, that's not counting those from his home that's familiar with him.]
Oftentimes they're too preoccupied with their own grisly painting.

[ She thought that maybe there was a world out there that was nice back when she was naive and simple-minded. ]

[Internal, external, it doesn't matter. No one would be interested if a tale doesn't have any form of conflicts.]

[A fact that he's pretty much familiar with, what his sister said always held some merit.
After all, this compassion was exactly the reason he chose her to continue ruling the world in his stead.]
Regardless, that's why I'm here.
[...]
The least I can do is to give them... reasons to continue being themselves.
[Even if it meant having himself as a scapegoat.
Again.]

[ That's not an answer she can be happy with. After all, she's lost him once and the thought of losing him again is enough to cause her to fall silent.
The portraits are lively enough to make up for the lack of words spoken between the two at least as reminders of a past so long ago spring forth; a girl dancing with her older brother, two siblings they'll likely never see here again, a loving mother who...
Well, maybe they could have gone without seeing Marianne. ]

That would be one of the hypothesis, yes.

[ Musing in this nature entertains her, as well as him so why not continue? ] Don't you feel as though you deserve a second chance at life for all that you've done?

[or whatever's left of it.]
