Summary: Lucifel's first day in the tower, he awakens to find out that there is something not quite right with him...
Warnings: None at the moment.

[Sleeping was something Lucifel has never done before in his life since he was created by God. So it's a great surprise for him to find himself lying in a bed and especially being somewhere that is neither Heaven nor Earth. Well, as surprised as he could be.

When he was finally able to move he feels the collar around his neck, trying with all his strength to get it off but fails. Not even a second later his eyes are staring at himself. Heaven, whoever made him wear this suit has not even the slightest sense for fashion... where are his clothes anyways? His cellphone seems to be gone as well.

The archangel then notices two letters, both were directed at him. The one that said that his home world got destroyed just got a look of disbelief from him. Sure, whatever makes the one who sent this happy. The other he found just as hard to believe. Then again, who would make such a joke?

At least one thing was true. The trunk had all of his belongings inside, his clothes, which he quickly changed back into, and even his cellphone. Said phone is shut off for a reason unknown to him and he couldn't make it work either. He would figure something out later and slides his phone into the right back-pocket of his jeans.

Lucifel lifts his left hand, he wouldn't stay here longer than necessary, then flicks his fingers to get himself home.

Nothing happens.]

You must be kidding me...

[He gives it one, two, three more tries and he is still here. Alright. Looks like he is forced to take a look around.

Honestly, he is not amused.]

I found it hard to believe myself..until I went to the fifth floor and peered through one of the..machines there.

Judging from what the ones keeping us here are capable of, it could also be that what you saw was merely an illusion.

I..am not sure how one would concoct such an illusion. It was not only what I saw..but what I felt. If you want, I shall show you what I peered through.

[Raphael nodded and motioned for Lucifel to follow him.]

[They went up, past a library and what looked like a lounge before walking into a large room split into two parts. One was a security station for the drones. The other was filled with viewfinders. This was the part Raphael walked to.]

[Fine, he will follow him. In all honesty, when the other angel began to speak about "feeling" something he wasn't sure what to think.

He walks towards one of the viewfinders and eyes it suspiciously.]

I still can't believe this.

[Neither can he believe that he... he actually felt something. But after being told that one of the letters is a lie and that some people here wouldn't even be here if they actually were, he has a hard time to believe this.]

It was..hard for me to swallow and understand at first as well..but this is true. Enoch is also here..and he was in a world before this one..that has also been destroyed. He has seen it himself.

[It wasn't like anyone had told Raphael that there were people here who shouldn't be if their universes were actually destroyed.]

... So you want to believe this just because you have seen it, Raphael? Or rather just because this has been shown to us? I refuse to believe this.

[Especially them as angels should believe something like that.]

You know He is Almighty. There is nothing that could end His existence, nor would He allow the world He created to be destroyed.

..It is not that I would like to believe this. But these things are..unsettling. And, if the world Enoch was in before this one was destroyed, it is more than likely that ours was as well.

[Raphael, of course, didn't know about people like Wilhelm that lived in the Tower. The moment he found out though..well, then he would begin to see reason.]

I do not think He allowed the world to be destroyed...and nor should there be anything more powerful than He..and yet, here we are, in a place that can strip us of our powers if it chooses, and where worlds can be destroyed.

This is most likely what they want us to be.

[The fact that he can't call god and that god can't call him is yet another aspect that's strange.]

Whatever this is or whatever the ones are who are pulling the strings, it's a threat.

I do not know how much of a threat some of them are..but not everyone running this Tower is a threat. I have heard that Dax, one of our hosts, is trying to restore our worlds.

He might have said so, but it could also have been empty worlds only, spoken to sooth those who are angry at them or else even.

It would be the best to see everything they say with a bit of doubt.

Normally, I would agree with you..but this Dax seems to be the only adult amongst our hosts who is humane and trustworthy. Enoch seems to think so..and, in the absence of God, I would go with his judgement.

That this Dax seems like the most humane doesn't have to mean anything, especially not if he's an adult.

I..first heard the term from Enoch. One of our hosts, a child named Zo, brought us here using psionics..but neither I nor Enoch knew what that word meant. I am glad to see that your adventures in the future have given you this information.
