Characters: Sora, OPEN to everyone - roommates, CR, random passerby, whoever!
Setting: Starting in room 1-06; then anywhere except the new floors!
Format: Action preferred, but I'll follow your lead.
Summary: Sora returns after a month in an unfamiliar empty world, and goes to look for...well, anybody and everybody. Literally.
Warnings: None for now; will update if this changes!
When he had gone to sleep that night, Sora thought he would be waking up and following the same routine he had been following for the last week or so - get up, leave the hotel, then go to that workshop he had found and mess around with that weird half-finished ship thing that looked like it may be able to take him somewhere, if only he could understand how to put the rest of it together. He hadn't figured it out, yet, but maybe soon he'd be able to make it work. Maybe then he'd be able to get out of this place...Traverse Town, as far as he could tell from the signs everywhere...and go to another world. Even if he wasn't sure he'd find anything...at least it was a goal, right? Better than the endless wandering around he had been doing for most of the month.
He hadn't expected to wake up here, in a room that was bigger and more familiar then the place he had been, with the trunk at the end of his bed and three other beds just like it...his room. This was his dorm room, in the tower.
Was he dreaming? It didn't feel like he was, and if he wasn't then that meant that he...he was back? Just like that?
He almost couldn't believe it. For a second he even felt a knot of worry in his stomach as part of him considered the possibility that this would be like that that illusion that one time, and the tower would be empty, but he pushed that thought aside as he stood up, looking around. The more awake he felt, the more sure he was that he was really back. It just didn't quite feel...real, yet. Maybe he couldn't be sure until...
He had to find people, and go talk to his friends. They had to be around here somewhere. Or just...talk to someone. Anyone.
As long as there was someone to talk to around here, he'd be happy.
If you're on one of the more popular floors, like the dorm floors, cafeteria, or media rooms, you'll probably see Sora around sometime today...for the first time in a long while!

pretty much there are only good things here for him. the rest of it? well stuff is pretty weird and he gets that it's dangerous. but the reality is that there's a lot of things Roxas doesn't understand and he's just sort of putting everything that happens in that category. as long as his friends are okay, it's fine. mostly.
at the moment he's poking at his foot. a glimpse of spiky, brown hair doesn't mean much, since Roxas is still figuring out what he likes to eat and what he doesn't. 8V ]
and now that I'm actually awake
There sure were a lot of heart-shaped candies in everything, though.
Even though he's hungry, Sora doesn't decide to just sit down and start eating. He doesn't really want to eat alone right now. He stops and takes a close look around the cafeteria, hoping to find someone to sit with - preferably someone familiar, but this is Sora and he's always up for making new friends.
But he does spot a familiar face - or, at first, just a familiar head of blond hair. Was that Ven? Was he back? Or...wait, maybe it was Roxas. He couldn't tell right away, since they looked so much alike.
Still, the best way to find out was to go ask, right? So he's just gonna walk right up to (Ven? Roxas?) and smile like the dork he is, though he doesn't sit down or anything.]
Uh...Hi there!
[Maybe he'll recognize him?
goodness knows he's stopped being able to keep track of who does or doesn't know him from the future a long time ago]no subject
the hi startles Roxas and he looks up. yeah he's not good enough to disguise his surprise, but man his eyes sure narrow quickly. ]
What do you want.

Maybe this was just a bad time?]
Nothing much? I was just saying hello.
no subject
Are you alright? [He had been worried]
no subject
Yeah, I'm okay! I was just gone for awhile.

[If Sora was aware of it, he'd be relieved that Suzaku knew about what their home worlds were like. At least that would make it easier to explain, if the subject came up.
But he was right - at least here, Sora had his friends. He'd rather be in an awful place with them than an empty place without them.]
But I've been pretty worried about you guys, too. What did I miss?

[You'd think he's be more sure about which admin was which by now, but...well, this is Sora.]

[The question should probably be what did he do, but hey, why not be optimistic?]

[That's a lot. How can this tower get so big?
There had been a lot more people here lately, though, so maybe it made sense. Not that he was sure most of the floors would be safe to explore...]
And that doesn't sound good, but...I guess it could have been worse, right?
[Sure, the idea of being here for a long time wasn't great, but that wasn't the most awful experiment he had heard of here, as things go.]
no subject
It could have been, it caused a lot of confusion though.

[Though, by the sound of it, Sora isn't glad at all. It's strange to think, but...maybe he would have rather been here stuck in the chaos than by himself wandering an empty world. At least here, he had his friends.]

Sora?

And then, as it turns out, he doesn't even have to look that hard. Someone he had been looking for was already here.]
Xion!
[Sora all but runs up to her, stopping and giving her a bright smile before pulling her into a tight hug.]

She was so afraid. She'd hid it well - after all his name was still on the door, and there was no gravestone for him in the graveyard, but she'd been scared that he was going to never come back. That she'd lose him like she lost Roxas, or Axel.
But no, he's here. He's okay. She buries her head in his shoulder]
You're back!

[And he was happy to be. The tower wasn't the greatest place, but at least his friends were here. He would choose them over being in another world and alone any day.
He's quiet for a few minutes, holding on for maybe a little longer than he normally would, but right now he can't help it. Finally, though, he does let go, giving Xion a bit of breathing room.]
Sorry, I just...haven't seen anyone for awhile.
[He laughs a little awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck in the way that he always does when he's embarrassed.]

Sora!

Riku!
[Apparently Sora is making a mission out of hugging all of his friends when he runs into them, because that's exactly what Sora is going to do when Riku is finally close enough. He doesn't even care if he gets teased for it - he just really missed his best friends.]
no subject
Where were you?
[He didn't fall into another coma, right?]
no subject
I'm not really sure. I was somewhere outside of the tower.
[Another world, even though being there wasn't that great.]
no subject
[...Right. He'd heard vaguely about stuff like that. Sending people to their so-called "homes".]
Well, I'm just glad you're back. This place is way too dreary without your sappiness to lighten the mood.
no subject
[Sora's not even convincing himself with that one, but he has to at least try.]
Yeah, well, I'm glad to see you, too. It's been a long month.
no subject
[He's smirking like the Cheshire Cat, bro.]
And you're in luck; Jason's not in charge this time around.
no subject
[Except maybe he is kind of a sap. Kind of. But there are worse things to be, right?]
And that's a relief. At least the cafeteria will have real food...or something like it, anyway.
[It won't be nutrition bars, which is really all Sora cares about right now.]
