FOUR ☣
Characters: Remilia Scarlet and You
Setting: Dorm rooms and some of the new floors
Format: Actionspam, but I'll match
Summary: Waking up after being "terminated" again.
Warnings: References to death/blood/gore/etc.
[ Well, this was new. Being terminated and coming back was one thing. She could deal with that. It was like sleeping, and waking up in a daze. But things didn't feel different, here. They didn't feel odd, and that was the problem. She woke up in a room she didn't recognize, with people she couldn't recall seeing. She checked her trunk quickly: everything was still there, even the sunflower. But this was a new room, a new level of the dorms altogether.
Her first move is to run to the graveyard floor, check around for a tombstone with her name on it. And clear as day, there it is. Someone's even gone to the trouble of placing a flower on it. Hmm. Remilia wonders how long she's been gone, if anything's happened to Sakuya, or Meiling, or any of the others.
Well. There's one way to find out. And that involves flying around the dorm rooms like a crazy person, checking every single girl's room for people she'd recognize. ]
[ When that was done, Remilia decided to see what these new floors were about. She'd heard there were at least three new blocks, so that must mean there is a whole fucking lot of new ground to cover. And she's getting right on it. ]
(You can meet Remi in either the dorms or any one of the new floors, for the latter, just please specify where! c:)

Waiting to see what the catch is. No way can this actually be a safe floor.
no subject
I'm not sure. This could just be another simple lounge.
[ She stamps her foot on the window bulge. Sure enough, it doesn't move or break. ]
no subject
[ he actually cringes as shoe connects with the glass. Karkat had been expecting it to shatter or do SOMETHING. not just make noise... ]
Are you out of your nooksucking mind? What if it shattered?

[ he might have forgotten about the wings, okay? too busy cringing and expecting something to happen that didn't.
at least it's got him venturing out just a little. and looking down... ]
Look at that pea soup down there. I wonder if it's because we're really that high up or that's just a shitty illusion too.
no subject
Hmm. I wouldn't put it past the administrators to have made it an illusion. This might be the eighty-first floor, but I'd hardly think a building with 105 floors could pierce the stratosphere. Such a thing doesn't seem possible; architecture isn't that advanced.

But why. Just what the fuck are they gaining by doing all of this? What's the point? Yeah, they get a good show, but I can't imagine that this is all scientific or just for shits and giggles...
no subject
I can't imagine why, either. At least in the Facility they had the express purpose of doing it for science and observation. [ A bitter snicker. ]
no subject
[ he's SLIGHTLY curious. ]
no subject
Oh, but let me save you the details of trying to remember such awful things. [ She's only half joking at this point. ] I was burned alive, turned into a pile of ashes, because I refused to let my best friend get both of her arms ripped off.
no subject
[ and some other things that he would, you know, rather forget about. like the blood sucking and randomly attacking people. 8| ]
...But thanks for that mental image. I needed that so shortly after eating.
no subject
You asked how bad it was. I gave you an honest answer.

Vaguer details, longer rant, got it. So, shall I remind you of the time all of the plants in the biodome came alive and started attacking? Or when my best friend was replaced by a puppet, which proceeded to murder me under my friend's guise?
no subject
[ sob puppets. people with friendly faces killing friends. HALFWAY hits home, you know?]

[ Karkat rolls his shoulders a bit, popping them. ]
Can't really have "nightmares" if you're awake during the night, right? Usually most trolls have violent dreams that seep into our subconscious. There's a reason we sleep in that green slime.
no subject
Oh, I don't know, I've never slept during the nighttime but they've always been nightmares to me.

You still live in world that is dominated by human culture, right?
