[Open/Closed] All hail the wank storm!

Characters: Open except for the kitchen, which is closed to Chidori and Maya
Setting: Throughout the Tower and finally in the cafeteria kitchen
Format: Anything goes
Summary: After Rei's network post, Rei's gonna gather some friends to eat popcorn with while enjoying the network chaos
Warnings: None right now

1. All over the Tower

Rei can be spotted on any one of the "outdoor" floors, skipping around happily and peering around for anything that resembles corn. She's really excited for finally getting friends to enjoy something with.

2. Kitchen/Closed to Maya and Chidori

Sadly, there seemed to be no corn in the Tower...yet. But Rei has a backup plan. If there's no popcorn, then make cookies! With that thought, she bounces into the kitchen.

[In the kitchen, rummaging for chocolate chips in the cabinets because man. Fuck trying to put candy hearts in cookies that's just messed.]

[ And Maya has decided to head towards the kitchen. This wasn't her first time here, but hey, free food is free food. But she'll be here, just searching for something..

Not that she's realized that there isn't any of the substance she's searching for. Yet. ]

Corn, corn, corn... Hm.

Heeee~ey!

[Rei greets the other girl rummaging in the cabinets.]

You're the one who said she'd popcorn with me, right?

Hee~ey!

[Rei turns and greets Maya.]

Mm, I haven't found any corn on any of the floors yet.

Tohko felt terrible. Anything she tried to eat or drink just tasted like hot, burning coals, and she felt exhausted..and had a bad feeling that something was going to happen. She was also in a bit of pain and, if she hadn't read Lancer's network post earlier, she would have thought that she was having a really horrible cold.

In an attempt to feel better, she had dragged herself up to the meadow floor with some good books, but when she saw Rei skipping along in there, she forced herself to smile and walk up to the girl.

"Hey, Rei. How are you?"

"Heeee~ey!"

Rei gives an enthusiastic wave to Tohko.

"I'm fine. I'm just looking for corn!"

Even though she was tired and in pain, Tohko waved back. She didn't want to make Rei worried. However..that comment was a bit odd.

"Why are you looking for corn? I don't think you'll find any here.."

"Oh, well, I wanna make popcorn, because with everything going on right now, you need popcorn to enjoy it."

At that, Tohko nodded.

"Ah, so you want to have some popcorn while you watch everyone argue on the network."

While Tohko hadn't posted there, she spent a lot of time in the library, so she had caught some of it. Some posts she had sighed at more than others, but she..didn't feel like getting caught up in useless arguments. Especially with how she felt right now.

"I don't think you'll be able to find any on this floor though..you may just have to stick to munching on chocolates while everyone argues."

"I might just make cookies. And leave some funny comments for people to find."

In other words, she was gonna troll.

"Well, that does sound good..but isn't that just going to irritate people even more? That doesn't sound like a good idea."

Tohko was not a huge fan of trolling or teasing.

"You see, people are already angry. So it doesn't matter whether or not I comment. But if I comment, I'm having fun and all the people popcorning with me are having fun. So it should be a good idea!"

She's proud of her own logic.

At that, Tohko sighed.

"People are already angry, but if you comment, you might just make them even more irritated. You might have fun, but there might be quite a few people who'll get even more annoyed, and others who will be dragged in because of that."

"I think people are jumping in before anyone can drag them in."

A pause.

"Did someone drag you in, Tohko?"

"Well, that's probably happening with a few people too."

Tohko then managed a small chuckle at that. It wasn't very loud though..it was hard to laugh a lot when you hurt.

"No, no one's dragged me in yet. I've been trying to keep out of it. It seems like a rather pointless argument that won't lead to much, so I've been trying to keep out of it. I'm not feeling well enough to get into long network arguments like that anyway."

Rei cocks her head.

"Hm? What's wrong, Tohko? Are you sick today?"

Tohko sighed and scratched her head. She didn't want Rei to worry, but it was a bit too late to pretend that she was fine and that she hadn't mentioned it.

"Yeah..I'm not feeling well. Do you remember the post Lancer made a little while ago about feeling sick? I'm afraid that's happening to me too."

She shakes her head.

"I didn't see that one. Who's Lancer and what did he say?"

At that, Tohko nodded.

"Ah, alright then. That would be the post with a man with blue hair tied back into a ponytail. He said he was..feeling sick, and everything he ate tasted like hot coals. I've been having similar symptoms."

[ Guess who else is in the kitchen? Wilhelm was just now tossing out his glass, and getting a fresh one. Him? Do dishes? Yeah right. That's Allen's job.

He pours himself a new glass of wine, and was about to teleport away back to his makeshift office in the library when he saw Rei.

He rather enjoyed their last conversation, after all. ]

That would be me, yes.

[She tilts her head.]

Any luck on the popcorn front?

[She quickly shakes her head.]

I couldn't find any corn to pop. Not on any of the floors.

She frowns.

"That doesn't sound good at all. You should get to the infirmary as fast as possible."

Heeee~ey!

[Rei waves at him.]

You're that guy from the network!

[He doesn't look any younger than he was back then, though.]

At that, Tohko sighed.

"It doesn't..but I don't think the infirmary can heal this. This is due to a curse, after all."
