Setting: The meadow floor and then Shion's room.
Format: I'm tired and lazy, so I'll be starting with action.
Summary: It's Valentine's day and Allen is determined to do something nice for his girlfriend.
Warnings: Ummm...tooth rotting sap, the dorkiest attempts at flirting ever and horrible fashion choices?

[Meadow floor]

*Early in the morning, Allen can be caught wandering around the meadow floor in his Vector uniform, collecting flowers. He'll occasionally stop and glance back toward the staircase, as if there's someone he doesn't want to catch him, but he otherwise seems to be in a good mood.

[Shion's room]

*By the time he shows up at Shion's door, Allen has changed into a different outfit. His hands seem to be empty, but he knocks on the door, a little tentatively, anyway.*

Well, I wasn't planning on getting in the water.

[Obviously, they're going for that romantic beach atmosphere!]

Alright. I take it you want to take the shortcut?

[uzuki]

[She nodded, because some of the floors in between weren't that great...]

*With a brief distortion of space, they're suddenly standing on the beach, several feet away from the water.*

Are you alright with the cold?

[uzuki]

Yeah, it's not too bad.

[Okay, so it was pretty damn cold. But she had two jackets, at least. And still, it was nice to see the ocean again.]

We probably should've brought a blanket or something to sit on, though.

[uzuki]

It's fine, Allen! Come on!

[A little sand never hurt anyone... Probably. She pulled him along, a little closer to the water, before sitting down. Sure it was cold out, but it was tolerable, for a little while anyway. Not to mention deserted, which was always a plus as far as tower floors went.]

*He sat down next to her, closing his hand around hers.*

At least the water is relaxing...

[uzuki]

It is, isn't it? It's too bad it's so cold, or else I might get out of my room more often.

[temptestament]

Well, it's almost spring, so it should start warming up sooner or later.

If you need to ask, Allen, then it means you are not paying attention. Our minds are connected. You are growing lax, if not complacent.

I was trying to pay attention to my date.

You are supposed to be a Testament. If you cannot keep a goal beyond fraternization as your priority, then perhaps I should be looking elsewhere, if not taking matters into my own hands.

I'm also a person. I'm going to go crazy if I don't get some time to just relax. But if it's urgent, just say so.

Urgency is irrelevant. I ask only that you remain observant. If, and when, anything becomes urgent again, you will know.
